SEPTEMBER GENERAL MAILING
This September it was decided to mail the general mailing separate from the Semi-Annual billing mailing. Since the semi-annual mailing is considered an invoice, it must be mailed FIRST CLASS. Including the general mailing in- creases the cost substantially and possibly diminishes the attention given to the semi-annual billing and the general mailing content. September being a rather heavy month, since it is the first mailing to the incoming officers, the savings in postage was approximately $6,000.
