Policy

In providing competency development, Bank Riau Kepri provides equality for employees regardless of SARA and gender. The provisions governing the competency development of Bank Riau Kepri employees are regulated in the following policies:

1. Decree of the Board of Directors Number 131 / KEPDIR / 2013 dated 17 December 2013 regarding the Enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures for Education and Training in PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Riau Kepri.

2. BPP Kepegawaian CHAPTER XI concerning Employee Education by the Decree of the Board of Directors Number 092 / KEPDIR / 2020 dated 30 November 2020 regarding the First Amendment to the Decree of the Board of Directors Number 010 / KEPDIR / 2019 concerning the Personnel Manual (BPP) of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Riau Kepri.

3. Decree of the Board of Directors Number 18 / KEPDIR / HC / 2015 dated 11 February 2015 regarding Implementation Provisions, Rules, and Sanctions for In-house Training Training Violations.

Pengembangan Kompetensi Pegawai

Kebijakan

Dalam memberikan pengembangan kompetensi, Bank Riau Kepri memberikan kesetaraan untuk pegawainya tanpa dibedakan berdasarkan SARA dan gender. Ketentuan yang mengatur mengenai pengembangan kompetensi pegawai Bank Riau Kepri diatur pada kebijakan sebagai berikut:

1. Surat Keputusan Direksi Nomor 131/KEPDIR/2013 tanggal 17 Desember 2013 perihal Pemberlakuan Standar Operasional Prosedur Pendidikan dan Pelatihan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Riau Kepri.

2. BPP Kepegawaian BAB XI tentang Pendidikan Pegawai sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi Nomor 092/KEPDIR/2020 tanggal 30 November 2020 perihal Perubahan Pertama atas Keputusan Direksi Nomor 010/KEPDIR/2019 Tentang Buku Pedoman (BPP) Kepegawaian PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Riau Kepri.

3. Surat Keputusan Direksi Nomor 18/KEPDIR/

HC/2015 tanggal 11 Februari 2015 perihal Ketentuan Pelaksanaan, Tata Tertib dan Sanksi Pelanggaran Diklat Inhouse Training.

Pengembangan Kompetensi

Selama tahun 2020, pengembangan kompetensi pegawai Bank Riau Kepri lebih memprioritaskan pelatihan pegawai dibidang perbankan syariah untuk memenuhi target kelulusan pegawai dalam Sertifikasi Pendidikan dasar Perbankan Syariah sebagai salah satu persyaratan proses konversi dari Bank Umum Konvensional menjadi Bank Umum Syariah. Pegawai yang telah mengikuti dan lulus Pendidikan dasar Perbankan Syariah sampai dengan Desember Tahun 2020 sebanyak 2.116 pegawai.

Dalam rangka menunjang kompetensi pegawai dibidang perbankan syariah juga telah dilaksanakan pelatihan syariah lainnya diantaranya yaitu Sosialisasi Core Banking Syariah, Sosialisasi Aktifitas Layanan Syariah, Sosialisasi BPP Produk Pembiayaan, Sosialisasi BPP Produk Pendanaan & Jasa Wilayah Pekanbaru Pelatihan Manajemen Qolbu plus etos kerja Bank Riau Kepri untuk wilayah Batam, Webinar Class Akad Restrukturisasi Utang/Pembiayaan Bank Syariah, Training iB of Trainer Workshop online Pra-ijtima’ Sanawi bagi Dewan Pengawas Syariah.

Evaluation of the Implementation of Competency Development

In 2020, the competency development of Bank Riau Kepri employees will prioritize employee training in the field of Islamic banking to meet the employee graduation target in Islamic Banking Basic Education Certification as one of the requirements for the conversion process from a Conventional Commercial Bank to a Sharia Commercial Bank. 2,116 employees have attended and passed Islamic Banking basic education until December 2020.

To support employee competence in the field of Islamic banking, another sharia training has also been carried out including the Socialization of Sharia Core Banking, Socialization of Sharia Service Activities, Socialization of BPP for Financing Products, Socialization of BPP for Funding Products & Services for the Pekanbaru Region Qolbu Management Training plus the work ethic of Bank Riau Kepri for the region. Batam, Webinar Class on Sharia Bank Debt Restructuring / Financing Agreement, iB Training of Trainer Online Workshop on Pra-ijtima

Realisasi Biaya pelatihan tahun 2020 terdapat penurunan dibandingkan realisasi biaya pelatihan tahun 2019 dikarenakan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 dimana pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan menjadi terbatas dan yang semula metode pelatihan dilaksanakan secara klasikal (tatap muka) beralih menjadi online class sehingga terdapat penurunan realisasi biaya pelatihan pada tahun 2020.

The realization of training costs in 2020 has decreased compared to the realization of training costs in 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions where the implementation of training activities was limited and the training methods were initially carried out classically (face-to-face) switching to online classes so that there was a decrease in the realization of training costs in 2020.
