In this case, the research focuses on the use of Simulated Annealing (SA) in determining the task schedule for a courier company. Simulated annealing (SA) includes an algorithm that mimics the physical behavior of the steel cooling process, where the steel was initially experienced heating to a certain temperature and then cooled slowly (Santosa and Willy, 2011).

CONCLUSIONS

From the above t-test and F-test results, it can be concluded that all respondents believe that there is a significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the level of Indonesian warship presence at sea and the capability that Indonesian warship has. to the level of security in Indonesian seas, where each variable increases both the level of presence and capabilities of Indonesian warships, so that the level of security in. With the obtained R square value of 0.799, we can conclude that the obtained model has a 79.9% impact on increasing safety in the Indonesian sea. In order to increase the security in the Indonesian sea, it is necessary to pay attention to these two factors, namely the level of presence of the Indonesian warship in the sea and the capability that the Indonesian warship has.

So in making the warship assignment schedule and the necessary preparation for conducting operations, Sops Kolinlamil determines the class of the warship and the quantity to be operated and always takes into account the ship's maintenance schedule. Among them it has resulted in a delay in the maintenance schedule of warships and there are violations of maximum operating time restrictions. • Strategy Management

Another goal of the BSC in a nonprofit organization is an effective evaluation of the program's activities that are implemented so that the achievement of optimal results can be achieved by the recipient's object. This group of customers does not directly receive services, but their satisfaction with the organizational performance determines the smooth running of the organization in the future. The results of analysis of these data should be communicated to the public as one of the stakeholders.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

The condition is defined as the overall ability of the leaders of Kolat Fleet II to provide support and commitment very enthusiastically and seriously. The successful implementation of the strategy on the Kolat fleet II are the quality factors of strategy implementation and the supporting factors of strategy implementation. Each of the elements of Kolat fleet II should also improve HR competence for management and functional skills needed to implement strategy. 2012), in Business Process Analysis, Jakarta: Universitas Indonesia.

PROPULSION ANALYSIS OF FAST ATTACK CRAFT MISSILE (KCR 60) USING NUMERICAL COMPARISON AND MODEL TEST METHODS

  • Efficiency in Ship Propulsion Systems Efficiency in ship propulsion systems consist
  • Characteristics of Ship Propellers
  • Admiralty Coefficient (A C )
  • MARIN DESPPC and PREDFDS Program Numerical calculations using the MARIN
  • METHODOLOGY

This means that the ship must have a propulsion system (propulsion) that can overcome the total drag forces (total resistance) that occur in order to meet service speed standards. The ship's propulsion system consists of three main components, including: the main engine, the transmission system, and the propulsion system. Especially in this situation, where the biggest problem arises, namely not reaching the speed of the ship according to the desired speed of 28 knots.

RESULT AND DISCUSS

  • Propulsion Analysis of KCR 60 M)
  • Selection of Propulsion Calculation Methods KCR 60 M
  • Use of Admiralty Coefficient (AC) in KCR 60 M Propulsion Analysis
  • Calculation of Powering KCR 60 M Using the MARIN DESPPC Program
  • Calculation of powering at draft 2.4 m (half load)
  • Analysis of Propeller Matching at draft 2.4 Meter
  • Engine propeller Matching at draft 2,4 Meter To optimize the engine installed in KCR 60
  • Analysis of the Propeller Diameter Effect on Ship Velocity

In the world of naval architects, the admiralty coefficient is often used to predict the amount of engine power using a comparison ship, and the FPB 57 vessel as a comparison vessel was carried out to calculate the magnitude of the admiralty coefficient of the designed ship (KCR 60 M). The similarity of the admiralty coefficient between the DESPPC and FPB 57 calculation results shows that the DESPPC calculation can be used as a basis for the KCR 60 propulsion analysis calculation. From the DESPPC calculation at the 2.6 m and 2.4 m loaded conditions and use

CONCLUSION

This shows that the B5-105 thruster is capable of propelling the ship to a speed of 28 knots. Maximum Continuous Rating (MCR) and maximum speed of 26.30 knots using 100% MCR engine power. The factors that cause the failure to reach the maximum speed of the KCR 60 M in the operating conditions at 2.4 m with engine power (PB) 5760 kW may be caused by the performance installed on the propeller, it is necessary to make a test of the propeller.

Literature research was used to search for different theories, methods and models for creating IT governance documents. IT governance documents are created using different channels so that the documents that arise later can be in line with the existing SKEM information system services.

PROPELLER BOSS CAP FIN AS ENERGY SAVING DEVICE IN NAVAL VESSEL

METHOD

This paper uses naca 16-006 foil as the fin on the PBCF and installed in a B4-85 series propeller. The pitch angle of the hood fin is 70°, the dimension of the fin used in this paper can be shown in Table 1. The variation is based on the pitch angle which can be shown in fig. 3. To analyze the built model in CFD, the domain must be determined, the domain calculations are based on the diameter of the propeller.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION 1. Performance of Propeller

Performance analysis results show that the PBCF installation has different results depending on the number of J. While the value of ɳ has an anomaly, the value of thrust (T) and torque (Q) increases along with the increase of J. This can lead to the creation of additional thrust as the pbcf fin acts as an additional propeller for the original propeller.

DETERMINATION OF CRITICAL COMPONENTS ON CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING MACHINE IN SHIP USING FMECA APPROACH

Working Principle of Cooling Machine

Refrigerant is a heat transfer medium in a refrigeration system where the refrigerant absorbs heat at low pressure through the evaporator and releases heat at high pressure through the condenser. The refrigerant vapor is then compressed by a high-pressure compressor so that the temperature of the refrigerant vapor also increases, so that the heat of the refrigerant can be released to the environment through the condenser, while the refrigerant undergoes condensation, so that the refrigerant changes phase to a high-pressure liquid. The refrigerant liquid is then expanded to the evaporator pressure for the next cycle by an expansion device (Stoecker, Jerold and Hara, 1996).

FMECA

The evaporator absorbs heat from the air-conditioned space, so that the room temperature cools and the low-pressure refrigerant in the evaporator evaporates. The evaporator used is a mesh blown by a central blower to circulate around the ship's spaces.

Research Methodology

The results of the analysis of 23 components in the central air cooling machine obtained 4 components that have the highest critical value. Components that have high RPN values require more attention, such as routine checks and periodic maintenance, so that the machine's lifetime will increase.
