Policy on Third-Year Formative Review of Tenure-Probationary Faculty and Librarians
To ensure that the REVIEW is properly conducted for all applicable tenure-track faculty members, the dean of each school is responsible for submitting copies of the chair (if applicable), the dean's, and the committees' reports on all tenure-track faculty members who reviewed by the Office of Academic Affairs to the chief academic officer by 1 May each year. IUPUI Campus Salary Policy for Faculty and Librarians
All responsibility centers will establish their own written salary policy (which must be reviewed annually), in accordance with University Policy ACA-28 “Faculty and Librarian Salary”. These individual unit pay policies will also be reviewed annually by the executive vice chancellor and chief academic officer in consultation with the Faculty Council's Committee on Budgetary Affairs.
