INTRODUCTION

Background of the Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship training is a series of activities that include an understanding of scientific theories/concepts used in the work according to the field of study. Apprenticeships can increase students' knowledge and skills and can solve scientific problems in accordance with the theories they have acquired in higher education. The apprenticeship is completed so that the students can understand and apply the field of study well.

Apprenticeship or more commonly known as "Practical Work" or KP for short is a set of activities that involve understanding the scientific theories/concepts used in the work according to the field of study. Apprenticeships can increase a student's knowledge and skills and can solve scientific problems according to the theories they acquire in college. Practical work is therefore a useful place for students who use it as a tool to gain knowledge and work experience.

The branch office in Bengkalis has 3 units or sub-branch, namely BRI Sub-Branch Office Bengkalis, BRI Sub-Branch Office Selat Baru, BRI Sub-Branch Office Pakning. The Author is doing practical work in one of the BRI sub-branches, namely BRI Sub-branch Office Bengkalis.

BRI's Sharia Business Unit was eventually spun off from Bank BRI and merged into PT. The share split carried out by Bank BRI seeks to improve the stock's trading liquidity and expand the company's shareholding on the Indonesian stock exchange. Bank BRI becomes the first to provide self-service banking services in Indonesia through BRI Hybrid Banking. Bank BRI signed the BRI satellite (BRIsat) acquisition and launch contract with Space Systems/Loral (SSL) and Arianespace. Bank BRI will then become the first and only bank in the world to operate its own satellite.

BRI Bank uses a comprehensive development strategy to reach different segments, from rural areas to suburban residential areas and commercial centers in big cities. The development of BRI Bank's commercial operations is aimed at supporting national economic growth and creating a flow-on effect for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which are the bank's main focus. BRI Bank plays an active role in national development by directing loans to the corporate segment.

The focus of Bank BRI's International Business is to capitalize on substantial business opportunities arising from export-import and remittance-related activities.

SCOPE OF THE APPRENTICENSHIP

Systems and Procedures

After the author enters the submission of the claim submission, the author creates a warning letter. The author was invited to do field research to the villages of Kelebuk, Air Putih, Sanderak and Simpang Baru. After entering the print loan table, the writer will receive the claim file from the new customer, then check whether the claims are complete and write the customer's phone number.

In this activity, the author was invited by AMBM (Asisten Manajer Bisnis Mikro) to attend the event “Temu Agung Si Raja” and “Gathering Temu Mitra Agung Si Raja” at Marina Hotel. The author was given the task of helping the organizing committee in the implementation of the event. Before attending the event “Temu Agung Si Raja” and “Gathering Temu Mitra Agung Si Raja”, the author will be given the task to prepare and wrap gifts for the customers who will come and then put them in a special simpedes bag.

In this activity, the author was tasked with making a nominal tire for money. In this activity, the author was tasked with approving maintenance CIF from customer service. In this activity, the author had the task sorted a money and paid into the branch office.

In this activity, the Author took on the task of making a deposit slip for the loan client. The author will write the name of the customer, the account number and the nominal installment to be paid. If the new students will do their apprenticeship at PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesi (BRI) Bengkalis branch, they will provide a wider space for the students to do their work more easily. The author uses customer service downtime as much as possible to work on the claim. The author evaluates the DH loan credit file and the Restruct archival system by adjusting and rearranging the credit file by batch, shelf, and cabinet numbers.

The Writer gets tasks in 4 (four) areas, namely the customer service department, which is Archive Loan Credit File, Savings Account Opening Form, Open ATM Card Boxes, Maintain CIF, Make a Claim, Enter AMKKM and BRINS, Scan Loan Credit File, Photocopy Collateral Files, Register QRIS , Make a warning letter, and Make a market code. In the implementation of this apprenticeship, the author carried out an apprenticeship in one of the regionally owned companies in Riau, namely BRI Sub Branch Office Bengkalis, which lasted for 4 (four) months, from March 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. Then, in this apprenticeship activity the author also understands how the systems and procedures in Attempts to provide credit such as credit granting systems and procedures and documents used.

Author provides some suggestions for various parties, namely for The Author himself, for students or younger brothers and sisters who will do practical work in the next period, for companies and for the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis.

Suggestions for The author is to be more disciplined, neat, careful, thorough and concentrated in the implementation of apprenticeship. The Author also provides suggestions that may be useful for students who will be doing practical work for the next period, namely to prioritize safety and health, make the best use of time, do work according to ability and also in accordance with the instructions of the apprenticeship supervisor, who thinks before taking action, always patient and obedient, must learn to manage all the tasks and there is an initiative to evaluate the system and procedures for the implementation of apprenticeship. Good performance in the implementation of practical work also has a positive impact, especially for students, campuses, and also companies.

If one of the files is lost while archiving the file, it will impact customer service performance. Suggestions for the Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus are that the implementation of this apprenticeship can be used as an evaluation, and to. 53 give debriefing to students who are going to carry out practical activities before carrying out practical activities in accordance with the field or course material related to systems and procedures at the company where the activities are carried out.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
