1. Students know and understand the basis and importance of development planning

2. Students understand the basic concepts of policy and its consequences for regional development planning

3. Students are able to analyze the development planning system in the era of regional autonomy

4. Students are able to understand and use regional development planning techniques

5. Students are able to understand the preparation of development planning documents

3 Description

The development planning course is designed to bring students to understand and explain basic theories & concepts, planning, development, development planning, types

& stages of development planning, planning models and development strategies both nationally and regionally as well as preparation of development planning documents (RPJP, RPJM, Strategic Plan, RKP, RKAP).

4 Subject aims/Content:

1. History, basic concepts, theory and the importance of development planning 2. Main elements, scope and form of development planning

3. Development planning system in the era of regional autonomy 4. Regional development planning techniques

5. Model of strategic planning and participatory planning

6. Preparation of development planning documents (RPJP, RPJM, Strategic Plan, RKP, RKAP)
