The result of the research are 1) The goals of implementing E-learning Madrasah at MAN 1 Jember is to organize online learning; teacher could set the class, share the material, conduct quiz and examination and the students could be easier submitting assignment and finding material. At the end of the learning process students were requested to find out the example of hortatory. Related to this statement, Kusnandar added the reason, according to him, the most important thing in the implementation of the learning process is the role of the teacher.3 Besides, the success of learning is led by the teacher.

Furthermore, the selection of the learning process had to be adjusted with the environmental conditions and student conditions. In another hand, sometimes the teacher got the trouble to do the assessment with the result of the students’ test. These are general reason why the researcher chosen MAN 1 Jember as the place of the research because the teacher there applied E-learning Madrasah as learning media in the teaching-learning process during the pandemic.

The second reason was that the researcher found the fact that not all of the institutions used the E-learning Madrasah. All of the problems and challenges that occurred in MAN 1 Jemberhad been resolved with the existence of E-learning Madrasah. For the other researchers and readers, the result of the research can be useful to both of them.

Effectiveness of the Use of E-learning Madrasah Aplications During the Covid Pandemic 19 (Case Study at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2. The sixth research was conducted by Erwin Hari Kurniawan in 2021 entitled “The Effectiveness of E-Learning Madrasah in Teaching Reading toward Students’ Reading Achievement in MTsN 2 Kota Kediri”. The purpose of this research was to describe the effectiveness of using E- learning Madrasah in teaching reading.

According to Nazaruddin, there are several learning tools that are an important part of learning process:20. The syllabus as a learning plan is needed because the learning process in schools is carried out within a predetermined time period. In addition, the learning process is a process that is organized and regulated according to certain steps so that the process can achieve the expected results and basic competencies can be achieved effectively.

Assessment of learning is an assessment that is carried out after the learning process is complete.28 The learning process does not always occur at the end of the year or at the end of students completing education at a certain level. Assessment of learning is carried out during the learning process and is usually used as a basis for improving the teaching and learning process. With this assessment, the teacher can provide feedback on the learning process of students, monitor progress, and determine their learning progress.

Richard explains that learning material can be also developed by teachers based on the learners'.32 Teachers could find out the learners' needed first by observing the students' competence and also the learning objective that the students' are required to achieve. After knowing the needs, teachers start to develop the material to help students achieved the learning objectives or their competence. It is the most operational plan before the teacher carried out the learning process.33 It can be concluded that the lesson plan described being procedure and learning management in doing learning activities.

Many points of view regarded the evaluation activity was performed after the teachers do the teaching and learning process. Formative evaluation is an evaluation concluded at the end of each discussion of the subject or topic and intended to determine the extent to which the learning process had proceeded as planned. The used of tests during the learning process takes place or in the form of giving students comment or suggestion, or call attention to an error, that feedback was offered to improve the learner’s language ability.37 The formative evaluation aimed to repair the teaching/learning process.

The independent education program was a learning process carried out by students both in the school environment and outside the school by reading, studying and understanding knowledge in accordance with the related subject matter. Besides, the Vice- principal can control the process and check the development of the learning process.

This triangulation was used to answer the research question about the procedure of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at MAN 1 Jember. Besides, the goal of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at second-grade of MAN 1 Jember is not only felt by the teacher, but also by the students. The Material does The English Teacher Use in Implementing E- learning Madrasah at Second-Grade of MAN 1 Jember.

Next, main activity of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah: the teacher uploaded learning materials in the form of Microsoft Word or PPT. After that, the teacher arranged the evaluation of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at second grade of MAN 1 Jember during Hortatory Exposition as follow: teacher instructed students to conclude every material each meeting by hand writing. Thus, the researcher concluded that the evaluation of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at second grade of MAN 1 Jember was to increase the stability of the E- learning Madrasah application or Web.

The goals of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at second grade of MAN 1 Jember is to organize online learning; teachers can organize classes, share teaching materials, conduct tests and quizzes. While students can more easily collect and search for material. .. does the English teacher use in teaching English through E- learning Madrasah at second-grade of MAN 1 Jember?. The procedure of teaching English through E- learning Madrasah at second grade of MAN 1 Jemberdivided into 3 steps.

Based on field observation, the researcher concluded that the goals of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at second grade of MAN 1 Jember was appropriate with the theory of the main purpose of E- learning. Thus, the material in teaching English E-learning Madrasah at Second-Grade of MAN 1 Jember from the finding and the theory could be concluded that the material was about Hortatory Exposition. The goals of teaching English through E-learning Madrasah at second grade of MAN 1 Jember was to organize online learning; teacher could set the class, share the material, conduct quiz and examination.

Conclusion

The results showed that the effective component of the use of E- learning Madrasah tended to be less effective. In addition, the teacher also looked at the students' abilities based on the questions that are done in the E-learning Madrasah.16. Dewi said that the goals of implementing E-learning Madrasah at MAN 1 Jember is to organize online learning during this pandemic.

Second, the teacher reminded students not to forget to fill in the absences in E-learning Madrasah. Based on the interviews, the researcher could concluded that the main activity of implementing E-learning Madrasah is the teacher uploaded learning materials in the form of Microsoft Word or PPT. Next, main activity of implementing E-learning Madrasah: the teacher uploads learning materials in the form of Microsoft Word or PPT.

Suggestion

The evaluation of E-learning Madrasah implementation at MAN 1 Jember was; the teacher instructed the students to sum up each material every meeting by hand-writing, then the teacher would correct the daily task by revising ungrammatical writing or wrong explanation. Siswa mencari beberapa text Hortatory Exposition dari berbagai sumber dan berlatih menemukan gagasan utama, informasi rinci dan informasi tertentu. Secara berpasangan siswa menganalisis beberapa teks Hortatory Exposition dengan fokus pada fungsi sosial, struktur, dan unsur kebahasaan. Siswa membuat laporan berupa catatan hasil membaca dan mendengarkan dan siswa bertukar cerita tentang teks Hortatory Exposition dengan memperhatikan fungsi sosial, struktur dan unsur kebahasaannya.
