Temuan penting dan rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah kolaborasi model Pentahelix dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya memerlukan perhatian khusus dan kurangnya komunikasi antar aktor mengenai Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya. Pada tahap kolaborasi model Pentahelix dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya Kecamatan Way Ratay, parameter yang dilihat adalah bagaimana berbagai aktor terlibat untuk bekerja sama melakukan optimalisasi. Dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya Kecamatan Way Ratay, saling ketergantungan menjadi salah satu tolak ukur untuk melihat optimalnya pengembangan Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya, menurut (Grey, 1989) dengan melihat terciptanya kerjasama yang salah satunya melalui komponen saling ketergantungan dalam dunia pariwisata.
Sejauh ini dari hasil observasi penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya sudah mulai terlihat. Musrenbang dalam pengembangan pariwisata dengan mengundang tokoh, aparat kecamatan, dinas pariwisata, akademisi, media dan pihak swasta serta pihak lain yang terlibat dalam Kolaborasi Model Pentahelix dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Herapan Jaya, Kecamatan Way Ratay, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Guna meningkatkan kerjasama Model Pentahelix dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya secara optimal perlu mendapat perhatian khusus karena terlihat dari rendahnya kesadaran kolektif berbagai aktor akan sikap lalai yang selalu menunggu arahan dan kurangnya komunikasi antar pihak. aktor mengenai Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya.

Namun sejauh ini dari hasil observasi penelitian, peneliti menjelaskan permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pembangunan kerjasama pariwisata di desa wisata Harapan Jaya, yaitu kurangnya kesadaran kerjasama di bidang pariwisata dengan aktor lain, sehingga kerjasama dalam menyatukan mentalitas dalam pembangunan desa belum optimal. Dari hasil observasi penelitian yang dilakukan di desa wisata Harapan Jaya, sejauh ini terlihat Musrenbang hadir dalam pengembangan pariwisata dengan mengundang para tokoh, aparat kecamatan, dinas pariwisata, akademisi, media dan swasta. serta kelompok lain yang terlibat dalam Kolaborasi Model Pentahelix dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Herapan Jaya, Kecamatan Way Ratay, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Selama ini pelanggan yang mengikuti desa wisata Harapan Jaya masih sedikit karena pentingnya sosialisasi sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan jumlah masyarakat yang mengikuti desa wisata Harapan Jaya.
Menurut berbagai pihak yang berkecimpung di industri pariwisata, sejauh ini belum ada kerjasama resmi, namun secara pribadi mereka selalu mendukung pengembangan Desa Wisata Harapan Jaya demi kemajuan Desa Wisata kita.

Academics play a role in the tourism development process by conducting scientific studies and various research and community services related to the development of the tourism sector in the area.
The community in the tourism development process consists of the community and NGOs or NGOs whose role is to support SaptaPesona by providing tourism services or the creative economy. The results of scientific studies and social work carried out by academics can be used to support the success of the tourism sector by collaborating and communicating with academics in the process of agritourism development. The business world operates as a profit-oriented, which will be responsible for environmental sustainability as a very important thing in the tourism sector. The community in the tourism development process consists of the community and non-governmental organizations or non-governmental organizations whose role is to support Sapta Pesona by providing tourism services or creativity.

So far, the community, government, academics, community and media have not really existed in the Pentahelix Model Collaboration in the Development of Harapan Jaya Tourism Village, therefore it is necessary to raise awareness among actors because so far our level of awareness in the world of tourism is still very low, still working with each other. But so far, the presence of a tourist village has also brought a positive impact that has opened new jobs, preserved the environment with a traditional cultural area that is still beautiful, although the development of Harapan Jaya Tourism Village so far has not completely sold its local beauty in the Tourism Village area.
