PREDISPOSING, ENABLING, ANDREINFORCING FACTORS TO THE UTILIZATION OF ANTENATAL CARE IN THE WORKING AREA OF TADA HEALTH CENTER AT PARIGI MOUTONG DISTRICT IN CENTRAL SULAWESI PROVINCE

ABSTRACT
Background : the utilization of antenatal care of Tada health center at Parigi Moutong district in central Sulawesi province was still below the Ministry Of Health target for 2014 (95%), with only 91% in the K1 and 82,5% in the K4 category.
Objective : to determine the factors related to the utilization of antenatal care in the working area of tada health center at Parigi Moutong district in Central Sulawesi province.
research methods : observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique by way of non-probability sampling using purposive sampling by totaling the sampling amounth to 98 samples. Data collected from interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis using Chi-Square test.
Result : factors associated with variable (p <0.05) are predisposing factors (education, employment, and knowledge), enabling (geographical location / distance and family income), reinforcing (the husband's role and the role of health workers). Factors unrelated variables (p> 0.05) are predisposing factors (age and parity), enabling (health facilities), reinforcing (the role of the family).
Conclution : factor with a variable that is highly correlated to the utilization of antenatal care with p = 0.000 <α 0.05 is a predisposing factors (knowledge), enabling (family income) and reinforcing (the husband's role and the role of health workers). Need for increased outreach by the district health offices and health centers Parigi Moutong Tada to the public to promote antenatal care program that antenatal visits among pregnant women increased.
