Principles of Bankability: 5 C(s)

Character: characteristics of debtor

Capacity: ability to generate income/cashflow to repay obligation (inerest and principal) in duelevel of asset ownership indicating his/her wealth

Capital: level of asset ownership indicating his/her wealth

Collateral: the ownership of fixed asset as collateral in case of default

Conditions: economic condition influencing capacity and capital of debtor
