• Character: characteristics of debtor
• Capacity: ability to generate income/cashflow to repay obligation (inerest and principal) in duelevel of asset ownership indicating his/her wealth

• Collateral: the ownership of fixed asset as collateral in case of default
• Conditions: economic condition influencing capacity and capital of debtor
