Drop the bait into the water and leave for about six to eight hours before fishing. Place a barrel sinker on your line and tie it to the no. The tree planting project was the result of a program co-sponsored by Hunt-Wesson Foods and the United States Forest Service to replace some of the 520,000 acres of national forests destroyed by fire in 1970. Forest Service landscape architects, soil scientists, wildlife biologists, foresters and engineers designed the Children's Forests, including paths for disabled and blind children. FFA chapters participating in the advance ticket sale will earn a profit for each book of tickets they sell.

Activities for fun included during the day are watermelon eating competition, monkey eating competition, greased pole climbing event and tractor driving competition. The tractor driving competition tests the skills of driving a tractor over an obstacle course and driving two- and four-wheeled implements between poles.
