RETNAWATI, Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Dandelion Sahabat Sejati Cabang Jakarta. Di bawah bimbingan SULISTYO SETI UTAMI.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT.
Dandelion Sahabat Sejati Cabang Jakarta, skripsi ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t (parsial), dan uji f (simultan) dengan menguji variabel pengembangan karir (X1) dan employee engagement (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda memperoleh konstanta Y = 10,332 + 0,201 (X1) + 0,372 (X2) dari hasil analisis koefisien korelasi diperoleh pada pengembangan karir (X1) sebesar 0,492 artinya pengembangan karir (X1) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) memiliki hubungan yang sedang, dan pada employee engagement (X2) sebesar 0,621 artinya employee engagement (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Hasil dari koefisien determinasi adalah 41,3% hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengembangan karir (X1) dan employee engagement (X2), dan 58,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
Kemudian dari hasil uji t (parsial) pengembangan karir (X1) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) memperoleh nilai sebesar 1,564 < 2,006 artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara pengembangan karir (X1) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y), sedangkan untuk employee engagement (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) memperoleh nilai sebesar 3,892 > 2,006 terbukti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara employee engagement (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Dan hasil dari uji f (simultan) memperoleh nilai 18,270 > 3,17 hal ini menyatakan bahwa secara simultan pengembangan karir (X1) dan employee engagement (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y), dengan kata lain Ho ditolak Ha diterima.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Career Development and Employee Engagement on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Dandelion Sahabat Sejati Jakarta Branch, this thesis uses the design quantitative associative research. Data analysis techniques used in research using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient analysis correlation, coefficient of determination, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous) by testing career development variable (X1) and employee engagement (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). The result of multiple linear regression analysis obtained constant Y = 10,332 + 0,201 (X1) + 0,372 (X2) from the results of coefficient analysis obtained in career development (X1) is 0,492, which means career development (X1) on employee job satisfaction (Y) has moderate relationship, and on employee engagement (X2) of 0,621 it means employee engagement (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) have a strong relationship. The result of the coefficient of determination is 41,3%
this shows that the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) can be influenced by career development (X1) and employee engagement (X2), and 58,7% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Then from the results of the t test (partial) career development (X1) on employee job satisfaction (Y) obtained a value of 1,564 < 2,006 meaning that there are positive relationship, but there is no significant effect between career development (X1) on employee job satisfaction (Y) obtained a value of 3,892 > 2,006 it is proven that there is a positive and significant relationship between employee engagement (X2) and employee job satisfaction (Y). And the results of the f test (simultaneous) obtained a value of 18,270 > 3,17, this means that simultaneously career development (X1) and employee engagement (X2) affect employee job satisfaction (Y), in other words Ho is rejected Ha accepted.
