THE REVIEW OF RELATED THEORIES
The Definition of Pronunciation Skill
On the other hand, Dalton states that pronunciation is the production of significant sound in two senses.5 First, sound is significant because it is used as part of a code for a particular language. From the definitions, it can be concluded that pronunciation is the way to sound language so that it is meaningful. According to Kathryn, pronunciation is the cultivation of sung speech that is free from regionalism and is easily understood by the audience.7 From the definition above, the conclusion shows that.
Pronunciation is the way a person pronounces a word or language that can be easily understood by the listener. Furthermore, it is important for the teacher to teach pronunciation and to help students achieve the goal of improved comprehension and intelligibility.8.
The Components of Pronunciation Skill
Although the consonants are voiceless, when we pronounce it, our vocal cords do not vibrate. A word stress in a word and a sentence stress is the stress within a thought group or a sentence. Another feature of the sound of language is the grouping of syllables and words to form larger units.
The nature of intonation, explained by Judy, is used specifically to indicate melody (or pitch pattern).22 This means that intonation is the melody of what we say. The rising tone now indicates that it is a question, and the fact that the seventh is the kernel indicates that this is the information in question.
Teaching Materials of Pronunciation Skill
According to Joanna, rhythm is a product of word stress and the way in which important elements are foregrounded by the appearance of someone on a strong beat, and unimportant elements are in the background by appearing on a weak beat.24 Michael and John, on the other hand, define rhythm as a pattern of occurrence in time relative. This means that the time between the two primary stresses is the same.26 If there are many words between the two primary stresses, these syllables will be pronounced quickly; but if there are few syllables between the primary stresses, then those syllables will be pronounced more slowly and more clearly. For example "Do you see the van?"; the words see and van have primary emphasis for specific purposes.
The teacher explains to the students that stress refers to the prominence given to certain syllables in words and to certain syllables or words in utterances. The teacher taps each syllable in the word to make the students understand what the syllable is. Furthermore, stress is signaled by volume, force, pitch change, and syllable length, and is often the place where someone
The teacher used the lyrics of the English song, which is intended to enjoy the learning process, and also corrected the pronunciation by listening to the sound of the song. MOM, don't WORRY, I'm fine. I promise I'll see you this summer RIGHT THERE there will be no delay MOTHER HOW ARE YOU TODAY. This burger is very delicious. a.. DE-li-cious de-LI-cious .. which therefore needs explanation), and 'try' (that is, when a student tries to say something but does not yet know the right way to say it on).30. Based on the three categories, it can be said that mistakes are the most important thing for the teacher to worry about because the students cannot correct themselves instead of the teacher's guidance. A particular sound may not exist in the native language, so the learner is not used to forming it and therefore tends to substitute the most audible equivalent.
A sound does not exist in the native language, but not as a separate phoneme: that is, learners do not perceive it as a separate sound that makes a different meaning. Students have the actual sound but have not learned the word stress pattern or use the intonation form of their native language which is inappropriate for the target language.

On the one hand, Glenda states that singing can be a fun way to introduce a diverse concept of teaching and learning process.36 In relation to the definition above, singing has a close relationship to learning pronunciation, because pronunciation is the production of words in significant sound in two meanings. Singing can be used to improve students' pronunciation skills if the teacher guides the students with patience. There are some types of songs that can be used to teach English in the classroom.

Song offers quite a lot of material that can be used for learners of English as a foreign language.55 It means that Song can be a good medium for teaching English as a foreign language. Therefore, the teacher can analyze the lyrics of English Song to teach English in the classroom. Anete argues that singing can be effective in helping students learn and remember problematic grammatical forms.57 The teacher should be aware of all the functions of using songs in English skills, not just pronunciation skills.
