Twenty-fifth year, fifth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president and the minutes were read and approved.
Wilhelm Nestenfeld was present as a candidate to join the society. Due to lack of quorum his request could not be accepted. For the same reason, no new business could be dealt with and the meeting was adjourned.
