The interview process took several days, as there were some students who were still busy with assignments, and the researcher was waiting for free time to interview.
In the last step, the researcher collected data by looking for extracts about the online media that the students often mentioned during the interview, and looking for positive and negative evaluations of the online media used by the teacher in learning English.
Technique of Data Analysis

In this phase, the researcher developed a structural description of information to draw conclusions and take action.
