In order to obtain valuable information, the interviewer must establish a good relationship with the informant. The interview is conducted in Bahasa Indonesia to make it easier for the researcher to get the points.
The researcher then asks about student's response to English subject, student's reason why she/he likes or dislikes English, and student's daily and semester's English score.
