Pendapatan dan profitabilitas segmen Perumahan dan Ruko dapat dilihat pada tabel di bawah ini. Hal ini sejalan dengan peningkatan penjualan rumah hunian dan pertokoan pada tahun 2020 yang mencapai 99,67% dibandingkan tahun 2019.
APARTMENT UNITS
Volume Penjualan Unit Apartemen Tahun 2020 dibandingkan Tahun 2019 dapat dilihat pada tabel dibawah ini. Sedangkan beban pokok pendapatan segmen unit apartemen pada tahun 2020 tercatat sebesar Rp111,42 miliar, meningkat 17,94% dibandingkan tahun 2019 sebesar Rp94,47 miliar.
KERJA SAMA USAHA (KSU)
Pendapatan segmen Unit Apartemen pada tahun 2020 terealisasi sebesar Rp140,97 miliar, meningkat 6,28% atau setara Rp8,33 miliar dibandingkan tahun 2019 sebesar Rp132,65 miliar. Kenaikan beban pokok penjualan ini mengakibatkan laba kotor segmen tersebut mengalami penurunan sebesar 22,57% yakni dari Rp38,17 miliar pada tahun 2019 menjadi Rp29,56 miliar.
BUSINESS COOPERATION
Hal ini lebih disebabkan oleh adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak pada penjualan beberapa proyek gedung bertingkat dan lahan yang direncanakan tidak dapat terjual karena daya beli masyarakat menurun di masa pandemi COVID-19. Kenaikan biaya penjualan dan penurunan penjualan pada tahun 2020 berdampak pada realisasi laba kotor segmen tersebut sebesar minus Rp 9,27 miliar.

Pendapatan segmen Building and Lease Management pada tahun 2020 terealisasi sebesar Rp32,08 miliar, meningkat 2,62% atau setara Rp819,75 juta dibandingkan tahun 2019 sebesar Rp132,65 miliar.
