Pada 13 Oktober dilakukan penggantian Direktur Pemasaran Perum Perumnas oleh Kementerian BUMN, sebelumnya dijabat oleh Ibu Anna Kunti Pratiwi. Pada hari ini digantikan oleh Ibu Tambok P. Setyawati.
On October 13, the Company’s Director of Marketing was replaced by the Ministry of SOEs, from previously held by Anna Kunti Pratiwi, to Tambok P. Setyawati.
Perumnas resmi meluncurkan core values baru yaitu AKHLAK (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif), disosialisasikan secara serentak melalui virtual di acara Launching AKHLAK. Core values ini bagian dari penyelarasan budaya Perumnas dengan nilai-nilai yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian BUMN.
The Company officially launched new core values, namely AKHLAK (Amanah/Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative), which was socialized simultaneously and virtually through the AKHLAK Launching event. These core values were part of the alignment of the Company’s culture with the values set by the Ministry of SOEs.

Perumnas hadir di SMF Griya Expo 2020. Di masa pandemi ini, penjualan dan pameran pun tetap harus dilakukan, salah satunya melalui virtual, sehingga mempermudah konsumen untuk memilih rumah tanpa ada kekhawatiran, karena bisa berinteraksi melalui website.

Acara NGODING merupakan rangkaian penerapan internalisasi budaya AKHLAK, kali ini seri Adaptif menghadirkan narasumber Direktur Pemasaran, Ibu Tambok P. Setyawati dan bagian pemasaran proyek Samesta Mahata Serpong. Acara ini pun digelar secara virtual melalui Zoom dan dihadiri oleh karyawan Perumnas sebagai peserta.

Dilakukan kunjungan kerja oleh Kementerian BUMN dan Direksi Perumnas di Proyek Samesta Dramaga dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas produk BUMN di bidang konstruksi dan perumahan. Proyek Samesta Dramaga dipilih sebagai salah satu proyek yang dikunjungi karena sebagai salah satu proyek strategis Perumnas rumah tapak yang pembangunannya menggunakan teknologi precast.
Work visit was carried out by the Ministry of SOEs and the Company’s Board of Directors at the Samesta Dramaga Project in order to improve the performance and quality of SOEs products in the construction and housing sectors. The Samesta Dramaga project was chosen as one of the projects visited due to its status as one of the Company’s landed house strategic projects which used precast technology in its construction.
Kali ini Perumnas melakukan upaya pemberdayaan UMKM berkelanjutan melalui penyaluran pinjaman modal ke kelompok Betonisasi di Sukabumi. UMKM ini dipilih karena memiliki usaha yang selaras dengan core bisnis Perumnas dan diharapkan dapat mendorong UMKM yang terdampak akibat pandemi sehingga bisa mendukung pemerintah dalam pemulihan ekonomi negara.
Perumnas conducted efforts to empower sustainable MSMEs by disbursing capital loans to “Betonisasi” group in Sukabumi. The MSME’s group was chosen due to its line of business, which was aligned with the Company’s core business and expected to encourage MSMEs affected by the pandemic to enable them in supporting the Government in the economic recovery.

Marketing Award 8th 2020 yang diselenggarakan oleh BUMN Track & ARRBEY Consulting.
Penghargaan ini diterima langsung oleh Direktur Pemasaran Perumnas, Ibu Tambok P. Setyawati.
Perumnas was awarded the Best Community Development - Corporate Marketing BUMN at the 8th 2020 BUMN Branding & Marketing Award organized by BUMN Track & ARRBEY Consulting.
