As of the end of 2020, the Company did not conduct Public Offering of Shares on any stock exchange, and did not trade its shares to the public. The Company also did not implement Share Ownership Programs for the Management and Employee, or Employee and Management Stock Options (ESOP/MSOP). All or 100.00% of the Company’s shares are owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
Therefore, the Company has no information regarding share ownership by key management, information on the composition of shareholder by status, as well as information on the 20 largest shareholders.

Informasi tentang Pemegang Saham Utama/

Seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, per 31 Desember 2020 saham Perum Perumnas seluruhnya atau 100,00% dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang berasal dari Penyertaan Modal Negara. Dengan demikian, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia bertindak sebagai pemegang saham utama dan pengendali sekaligus pemilik akhir dari Perum Perumnas.
Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 41 Tahun 2003 tentang Pelimpahan Kedudukan, Tugas dan Kewenangan Menteri Keuangan pada Perusahaan Persero (Persero), Perusahaan Umum (PERUM) dan Perusahaan Jawatan (PERJAN) kepada Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara, dan Undang-undang No.
19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara beserta Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia; Kuasa Pemegang Saham Perusahaan adalah Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN).
Information on Major/Controlling Shareholders As described earlier, as of December 31, 2020, the Company’s shares or 100.00% are owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which originated from the State Equity Participation.
Therefore, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia also acts as the owner of parent entity of the Company.
Based on the Government Regulation No. 41 of 2003 concerning the Delegation of Position, Duties and Authorities of the Minister of Finance to Limited Liability Companies (Persero), Public Corporations (PERUM) and Service Companies (PERJAN) to the State Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, and Law No.
19 of 2003 concerning State- Owned Enterprises and the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia; Proxy of the Company’s Shareholder is the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
