As stated by Jacobs and others in Kaptiningrum, there are four important components of cooperative learning, namely positive interdependence, cooperative ability, interactive group processing, and individual responsibility and various cooperative techniques. FINDING AND DISCUSSION
Discussion
In conclusion, it could be said that students' speaking skills in English are still low and should be improved. The data obtained by the teacher in the pre-test was used as the basis for conducting the treatment with the aim of improving the speaking skills of the students using the three-level interview technique. The researcher hypothesized that the use of the three-step interview technique in teaching the learning process is really effective in improving the fluency of students focused on hesitation.
Because there was a significant improvement in the students' mastery after the treatment was carried out and based on the result of the research, the researcher supported the previous studies carried out by the researchers related to the use of three-step interview technique. After the researcher explained the use of three-step interview technique, it not only engaged the students' interest and attention, but it can also improve speaking ability focused on hesitation. It proved that there is a significant improvement in students' fluency focus on procrastination by using three-step interview technique in the first year students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep.

The students' speaking could improve their speaking skills by focusing on hesitation. The post-test mean score was greater than the pre-test mean score.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
Suggestion
For students, the three-step interview technique is easy to use in learning English and has already proven to improve students' speaking skills, but the success of the method depends on the students. In addition, the use of the learning strategy must be appropriate to the condition of the student and the school premises. Another researcher hoped that the research result will encourage English teachers to use appropriate teaching as a three-step interview technique in improving students' speaking ability.

One of the famous international ecotourism destinations in Indonesia is Tanjung Puting National Park in the southwest of the Central Kalimantan peninsula.
In my opinion, this is a very interesting historical place, since it is almost two thousand years old and was discovered in the middle of the last century. It was the center (..let's say the name of civilization..) of civilization and was one of the most prominent cities of our country. There are more than a hundred hectares of land in this place and most of it is a remnant of the lost civilization and city of that time.
