Sub: Application under Section 6(1) of the RTI Act-2005 for seeking Information- regd.

Sir,

Kindly provide the following information: -

1. Kindly provide certified soft copy of note sheet/s and/or office order for processing my representations FOSU/665 dt 18.09.2017, FOSU/917 dt. 29.12.2017, FOSU/1077 dt.

27.02.2018, FOSU/ dt. 30.05.2018, FOSU/2019/1004/1 dt. 17.09.2019, FOSU/1189 dt.24.10.2019, FOSU/1434 dt. 27.12.2019, FOSU/1773 dt. 23.03.2020, FOSU/1774 dt. 23.03.2020, Receipt No. 497892/2020/WTC-IARI dt. 29.10.2020 (through E-office) and Receipt No. 649061(1)/2021/WTC-IARI dt. 05.03.2021 (through E-office) relating to Professional, mental, social harassment, usurping intellectual credit and irreparable loss in career since 2016.

2. Provide certified soft copy of note sheet/s in which the matter of mentioned in point no.1 has been dealt by Personal-I and /or Legal Cell and /or OMV and /or PG School of IARI.

3. Arrangement of personal inspection of the file/s and/or the concerned matter dealt in file/s, note sheet/s related with the matter mentioned in point no 1 of the application on mutual agreed date and permitted to get the certified copy of relevant papers (at or after inspection of concerned file/ note sheet/s).

4. Allow the inspection of files of Personal-I, Legal Cell, OMV, PG School of IARI in which WP (C) No. 2295/2020 filed by Applicant is being dealt with and also allow to take copies of relevant documents from said files. I will disclose the relevant documents after inspection of files.

I am to refer to your Request for Information under RTI Act 2005, received vide letter dated 11/05/2021 and to say that Please refer to your aforementioned online RTI Application.

Due to existing situation / unusual emergence of pandemic namely COVID-19 in NCT of Delhi, the Legal Cell of ICAR-IARI, New Delhi is functioning only through online mode.

As per standing instructions staff is working from home.

Therefore, at this moment, Legal Cell, ICAR-IARI is not in position to give you any specific date for inspecting the documents, if any, available with legal cell.

However, I would let you know the date of inspection, if any (as permissible under RTI Act), as soon as the Legal Cell of ICAR-IARI, New Delhi starts functioning in physical mode. Information sought, shall also be provided as keeping in view provisions of RTI Act, 2005.

Your online RTI Application dated 11.05.2021 is disposed of accordingly.

If you are not satisfied from aforesaid reply of CPIO, you may, within 30 days from the receipt of this reply, file online First Appeal before the First Appellate Authority i.e. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Sinha, Chief Administrative Officer, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi-110012.
