Director's Message:- Spearheads the consultancy, construction works of the University, finalization of tenders, awarding of works to contractors.

Mission:- Objective of providing Consultancy Services, training, knowledge and Technology transfer to different areas related to different Engineering streams, which helps students with updated knowledge in relevant fields.

Vision :- Problem solving and product development needful to Societal, Commercial and Industrial needs will be addressed in the form of consultation, Construction, Monitoring, Quality Control, Construction Supervision and Quality Assurance Activities.

Revenue generated by BICS, JNTUH from the consultancy works done during the Year 2019-2020 is Rs. 82,09,000/-

BICS and its activities

BICS, JNTUH has done Proof Checking of Buildings for various Organisations like, JNTUH Indoor Stadium, M/s. Astra Micro Wave Products Ltd., M/s. BVSR constructions.

Conducted Quality Control Checks for BT & Cement Concrete Roads, to GHMC, HMDA and HMR, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University. Structural Stability test conducted for various Buildings like M/s. Silicon Valley, E.E TSEWIDC, Renovation and Restoration methodologies for Old Structures has been proposed, Designing of RCC and Steel Structures has been done.
