UNCOMMON PRODUCTS GIVES HAPPINESS, SELF-SATISFACTION AND EMOTIONAL BOUNDING

Abstract:- Very less research conducted on uncommon product and service rang with the emotional bounding of the consumer which gives self-satisfaction, Happiness, Joy and choice. Now a day’s every consumer needs to attach him emotionally with the products which gives mental satisfaction during the selection. They need to connect them by means of old memory, culture, need, emotional bounding which leads to change in traditional market of e-commerce. All this efforts leads to new way of doing old businesses.

Key words:- Uncommon products, self-satisfaction , emotional bounding, online business.

1. INTRODUCTION

Online platform provides a big range of products and services. In short we can say that all kind of products and services are available as per the need of consumer. This leads to change in the traditional markets. Even online business is doing thing differently with its old concepts of selling regular product range. Most of the customer’s dealing in the e- commerce business are related to the electronics and electrical, life style (cloths and accessories) and delay need products.

But now a day’s online business is doing things differently with its old concepts, they try to attract consumers by all efforts possible and that is uncommon product range.

This creates a new concept of research which is combination of emotion and uncommon product/service. All this efforts leads to new way of doing old business, which gives new area of profit generation in that product range. E-Commerce has reached a stage where you name something and you will probably find and online store selling it. When we go deeper, we will be surprised by the Sheer amount of novelty available online, which is not known by general consumers.

1.1 Objective

My motive is to collect the information on range of uncommon products/services with emotional relation. New way of doing business which gives self satisfaction and to know about the awareness of consumers with this uncommon e-trade.

1.2 Doing Trade Differently

All the above factors in e-commerce leads to competitive advantage in trade. Unique product creates substantial difference and emotional bonding with consumers. This is enough to sustain long term competitive advantage. It's very difficult to define product should be good-unique, the people wants to buy.

Maximum e-commerce business of unique and uncommon products are from remote villages, which establish emotional bonding with consumers because they are handmade and having human touch. Along with respect few products are sold on the basis of place and historical importance.

1. Chor bazaar:- In most of the Indian cities a chor bazaar exist. This one is nothing more than the second hand market or the market of get best out of the waste. Many of business men doing this of the second hand sele of products. Wikipedia is also explaining it and this one is quit surprising for me.

2. A tala bazaar:- Now we have “ atalabazar.com”, “olsp.in” for the sale of used items like home appliances, fashion, vehicles, etc., within the home city at good price.

3. Olx.com/in:- For the sale and buy of all kinds of used/extra goods. Its changes the market of used goods. It is similar to that of a tala bazaar concept but having a large verity and range of products.

4. DonateFood:-

"nofoodwaste.in","extrafood.org","feedingindia.org","thebetterindia.com"...etc. The people can call on the number given on the sites and then volunteers manage the distribution of food to the needy peoples for at the needy area. I personally know one of the best organizations of India is "Robin Hood Army" which is engaged in helping needy peoples by means of food, cloth and books with teaching students of slum.

5. Donate books:- There comes a time in every reader's life where they must donate or sell books. It is the best way of feeling happy and joyful that we contribute in

sharing knowledge, and it's possible

with"10,000books.com","Monycrushes.com","thebetterindia.com", etc.

6. Inch e-commerce store:- deals in goods purchased from selected places of historical interest and sell to consumers like pice of Berlin Wall.

7. Old coins and stamps:- many online sites deals in old coins and stamps. The range of product is depends upon the need and uniqueness of the product. I quite surprised when I come to know that few old coins but not very old are so at very big margin of profit.

8. Hands up for Tails:- this site provides luxury brand products for pets even customized according to need for the pets.

9. Amouve:- This site provides healthier alternative by bringing you the softest most comfortable organic cotton bed sheets, pillow covers, etc. Main theme is toxic free soft and luxurious cotton brand.

10. Engrave:- They calling themselves the maker's market(slogan:- beautiful products created by Indian makers), deals in products like handmade natural soaps, traditional paintings, wooden cutleries, etc. It is for the choice of art craft, home decor, and other products range.

11. Just Roti:- Delivers rupees to your doorstep everyday in USA. Targeted Indian consumers and plans to expand in future with variety of foods of Indian culture.

12. Help us green:- Collect flowers from temples in UP and recycle them into organic fertilizers, incense sticks etc. This work is done by rural women's and self help groups.

Few more E-Commerce companies provides unique products and services like,:- Sandy Mitti, Red wolf, Fly Robe ( luxury fashion clothing rental services), Bats on Delivery, Quirk, Pass it On( cloth donation), soschildrens villages. In, valuevillage.com, craft village, cottage industries, etc.

All these are the examples of uncommon or unique product or service providers in ecommerce which attract consumers by means of their emotional bonding according to the product range. Now a day’s consumer needs to buy something different which fulfill their need, provides self satisfaction and the product must have some unique qualities. And then he must be able to connect himself emotionally with that product.

1.3 Products

Emotional bonding leads to following products in Trend of e-commerce business. Consumer searching for products like,:-

6. childhood memory products ( Comics, cartoons, chocolatesetc) 7. traditional oldjewelry

14. organic food and fruits

15. desi elaj / dadi Nani ke nuskhe 16. Ayurvedic

17. yoga

18. Pooja ki vidhi/ Aarti

This ranges endless. Consumer needs are different according to the different area but I found many shocking results during the research. Profitability is very high as they are uncommon products but used by consumer when he is emotionally attached with it and ready to pay. All the above product ranges is available for all without any barriers of

country. This product seems to be very common for normal Indian cities but very rare for metro cities and for NRIs.

 Salling price of Neem datun in USA is $12 (850/-Rs.) for 6 to 15 sticks.

 Char Pai is available in range of 800/-Rs. to 15,000/- Rs.

 Kanda is available in range of 50/- to 350/- Rs. Per pic. But I know that it was sold up to Rs. 2500/- for five pieces in particular time of Shardha.

 Yoga provides the best opportunity in the foreign country job.

2. DATA AND METHODOLOGY

The analysis is performed on Sample size of the survey on 135 persons. The questionnaire consists of 10 questions, and they need to answer just in yes or no. Analysis of the data is performed by method of simple mean and simple percentage basis.

3. RESULTS

1. 98% buy online products.

2. 88% is satisfied customers.

3. 94% purchases electronic, clothing, fashion products.

4. 6% purchases other products 5. 3% online books and study material

6. 78% know about uncommon products available online.

7. 48% not known about the unique range and product details.

8. 94% wants to donate books and unuseful articles.

9. 68% wants to buy uncommon products next time.

10. 89% says, yes it gives Joy, happiness and self satisfaction.

4. CONCLUSION

In this study, we are able to draw a conclusion that uncommon products and services leads to big profit margin for e-commerce industry and high level of consumer satisfaction. A satisfied customer is happy, and it builds emotional relation between the product and user.

He feel proud on himself to choose uncommon product which is generally not known by common peoples.

Concept of social welfare is also associated with this kind of purchase. Buyer things that he contribute indirectly to the needy. Uncommon product ranges establish a pathway of profitability to the villages of the remote area and facilitate a platform to promote their culture and products. This gives many opportunity to gain fair price for the product.
