RESEARCH CLUB 2015-2016

Research club activities, of our department were started on 25th june 2015. A debate conducted in connection with Anti- narcotic day on 25th june 2015. A quiz competition conducted in connection with Independence Day on 13th August 2015.

Research club members organized philately exhibition on 17th October 2015.

On 1st November 2015 ‘Keralapiravi’ celebrated and published ‘Historia’- the hand written manuscript. A debate conducted a National Education Day in remembrance of Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad on 10th November 2015.

As a part of Research club activity, a field visit was conducted to Chiramanagad, a megalithic site on 25th January 2016. Eco club, palliative club, Historical club, Tourism club and debate club worked actively in this academic year.

‘Heritage Expo-2016’ conducted on 28th February 2016. On 8th march 2016, World Women’s Day observed with an awareness seminar on ‘Gender Equity’ by Dr.Anto Florance.P, HOD and Associate Professor, Department of History. This year is very active and energetic.
