TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A Non-Refundable tender fee of Rs.1500/- in the form of DD favoring “ANAND AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY FUND ACCOUNT” should accompany filled tender. Tender without fee DD will not be considered.
2. Authorized dealer/distributor of a company has to submit a copy of their dealership/
distributorship certificate validated by the company for the Current year along with company’s pricelist. In case of a chain of dealership (Area dealer sub dealer-local dealer), all the relevant, authorization certificates up to the end supplier has to be submitted along with their business registration details.
3. The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes, loading and unloading charges and for destination. Being educational institute GST @ 5% is applicable. The certificate for the same will be given by the university.
4. Should provide specific months for warranty.
5. No advance payment will be considered.
6. The supplier must indicate the period of delivery of the item and should supply the same within delivery period mentioned. Otherwise the consignment will be rejected. The quoted rate will remain valid up to 31st March 2021.
7. The manufacturers shall have to stick to quality standards and should attach analysis report of mineral salts along with bills. Goods supplied shall be rejected if found of inferior quality.
8. On scrutiny of tender documents any query raised by the committee has to be replied satisfactorily with all documentary proofs within 7 days.
9. Financial consequences arising because of printing error in the price-list (price, units, catalogue, No, etc) has to be borne by the suppliers.
10. The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) will be 3% of invoice value to be paid in the form of DD favoring “ANAND AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY FUND ACCOUNT”. Tender without EMD will not be considered. The EMD will be forfeited if the supply of goods/material is not within stipulated time and of inferior quality as per the order.
11. If the invoice value is Rs. 2.00 lakhs or more the Successful Bidder will have to pay the Security Deposit@ 5% of invoice value. This money will remain deposited in university till standard warranty period is over or till complete supply of goods in case of consumable items.

A.H., AAU, Anand – 388110 (Gujarat) on or before 30/11/2020 by RPAD/SPEED POST ONLY.
The tenders through courier are not acceptable.
13. All rights are reserved with the University Authority to accept or reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reasons thereof.
14. For all legal purpose court jurisdiction will be Anand, Gujarat.
15. For any dispute, ombudsman will be the Vice-Chancellor, AAU, Anand
