①試 験 対 象 者 Applicants Taking the Exam
・2016 年 度 の途 中 に本 校 に編 入 を希 望 する者 （但 し、高 等 学 校 3 年 生 の編 入 は、9 月 編 入 まで）
・2017 年 4 月 1 日 より本 校 に編 入 を希 望 する者
・Students applying to enter as a mid -year transfer in 201 6 （cutoff date for 3rd year high school students is in September ）
・Students applying to enter the school April 1st, 2017
②受 験 資 格
原 則 として、下 のいずれかを満 たすもの
１．1 年 以 上 の海 外 在 住 から帰 国 した者 、あるいは帰 国 する予 定 の者 （①もしくは②）。
①１年 以 上 海 外 に在 住 した後 に帰 国 し、帰 国 後 に日 本 の学 校 に在 籍 していない （帰 国 したばかり の）者 。
②１年 以 上 海 外 に在 住 した後 に帰 国 する予 定 の者 。（一 時 帰 国 受 験 が可 能 。合 格 後 6 ヶ月 以 内 に編 入 の事 ）
２．来 日 外 国 人 の者
保 護 者 とともに来 日 し、１年 以 上 合 法 的 に滞 在 できる者
３．国 内 インターナショナルスクールに現 在 通 学 していて、2 年 以 上 在 籍 している者 ただし、この場 合 は、4 月 時 編 入 もしくは 9 月 時 編 入 が原 則
４．１０か月 以 上 の海 外 留 学 を経 て帰 国 した者
ただし、留 学 前 の学 校 在 籍 状 況 によって受 験 できない場 合 もありますので、ご相 談 ください
※すでに日 本 の学 校 に在 籍 している者 は、編 入 試 験 を受 験 することはできませんが、状 況 により転 入 を受 け付 ける場 合 がありますので、ご相 談 ください。
※初 等 ６年 生 、中 学 ３年 生 の９月 以 降 の編 入 希 望 者 は、高 等 学 校 へ入 学 することが前 提 です。
②Exam Requirements
As a general rule, you must fit one of the following descriptions.
１．Those who are returning from having spent over one year abroad, or are planning to return home（① Or ②）.
①Those returning after more than one year abroad and have not yet been enrolled and/or have just returned home.
②Those who plan to return home after living abroad for more than 1 year. （A temporary return exam is available. Transfer is available 6 mon ths after passing the exam ）.
２．Those who are non-Japanese foreigners
If coming to Japan with parents or guardians , students can legally stay in the country for more than 1 year.
３．Those who are currently attending an international school in Japan
In this case, transfer students are generally accepted in April or September.
４．Those who have returned from having spent more than 10 months studying abroad
※In general, for those who are already enrolled in domestic schools, it is not possible to take the entrance exam, but if it is a special case 、please contact our school office.
※For those students applying as sixth year elementary school students or third year junior high school students in September or later, it is assumed that the students will be entering juni or high or senior high at Keimei as well, respectively.
③試 験 日 程 Exam Schedule
原 則 随 時 受 け付 けています。ただし、時 期 により日 付 の指 定 があります。 詳 細 はホームページにてご 確 認 ください。
尚 、試 験 日 より前 に書 類 及 び試 験 方 法 の確 認 のための「事 前 相 談 」を受 ける必 要 があります。
Applicants are accepted throughout the year, and the entrance exam is offered many times on specific dates. For more information, please check our website.
④編 入 ・入 学 時 期 Admission Enrollment Period
合 格 発 表 日 より最 大 6 か月 以 内 のふさわしい時 期 に編 入 いただきます。
It is possible to transfer within a maximum of 6 months from the pass date .

②事 前 相 談 と出 願 Application Consultation Appointment
出 願 の前 に事 前 相 談 を受 けていただく必 要 があります。受 験 資 格 、受 験 方 法 、 出 願 書 類 の確 認 を いたします。本 人 と保 護 者 でお越 しください。事 前 相 談 の後 に出 願 していただくことができます。尚 、 事 前 相 談 は予 約 制 です。
Before submitting the application, you must attend a consultation appointment. We will review the exam qualifications and procedur es, as well as go over the application documents. Applicants are required to come in person to the school with their parents or guardians. After the consultation appointment, the application may be submitted. Please contact us in order to make an appointment.
③試 験 当 日 の持 ち物 と試 験 内 容 Preparation for Entrance Exam Day
当 日 は定 められた時 間 に、受 験 票 、筆 記 用 具 、上 履 き、昼 食 (必 要 な時 のみ)を持 参 して下 さい。
On the day of the exam, applicants must bring an admission ticket, writing utensils, indoor slippers and a lunch if necessary (depending on the time of the exam).
＜初 等 学 校 ＞
①面 接 ：日 本 語 ・英 語
②作 文 ：日 本 語 ・英 語
③学 力 検 査 ：国 語 ・算 数
＊試 験 は、お子 様 の言 語 の状 況 に配 慮 して可 能 な科 目 を実 施 致 します。
＜Elementary School＞
①Interview：Japanese・English
②Essay：Japanese・English
③Exam：Foreign Language・Math
＊We will tailor the test accordingly for students whose first language is something other than English or Japanese.
＜中 学 校 ・高 等 学 校 ＞
試 験 は以 下 ４種 類 の中 からそれぞれの学 習 歴 等 に応 じて選 択 することができます。
①英 語 型
英 語 筆 記 試 験 （中 学 70 分 、高 校 120 分 ）
（但 し、TOEFL のスコアを持 っている方 は免 除 されます）
英 作 文 40 分 、日 本 語 作 文 40 分 、英 語 面 接 、日 本 語 面 接
②日 本 語 型
国 語 50 分 、数 学 50 分 、英 語 50 分 、面 接
③外 国 語 型
外 国 語 作 文 (学 習 言 語 )40 分 、日 本 語 作 文 40 分 (または日 本 語 能 力 に応 じた試 験 30 分 )、面 接
④AO 型 （英 語 のみ）
試 験 をご自 宅 で受 験 出 来 ます。面 接 はインターネットを通 して実 施 します。事 前 に TOEFL のスコ アが必 要 です。詳 細 はお問 い合 わせください。
＜Junior High School and Senior High School＞
You may select one of the following tests to take:
1:English Language Test
English written exam - 70 min for junior high students, 120 min for senior high students
（Students who have received TOEFL qualification will be exempt from this portion ）;
English writing composition – 40 min; Japanese writing composition – 40 min;
English interview, Japanese interview 2:Japanese Language Test
Language portion – 50 min; Math portion – 50 min; English portion – 50 min; Interview 3:Foreign Language Test
Foreign Language essay – 40 min; Japanese essay (corresponds to ability) – 30-40 min;
Interview
4:Remote English-only Test (not recommended for most applicants)
Test may be taken at home. The interview portion will be conducted over the internet.
TOEFL certification is required. Please contact us for more information.
④合 格 発 表 と入 学 手 続 き Post-acceptance Procedure
試 験 の結 果 は当 日 の内 にご連 絡 いたします。
合 格 した方 はあらかじめ定 められた入 学 手 続 き期 間 内 に事 務 室 にて入 学 手 続 を行 ってください。
We will contact applicants concerning the results of the exam on a designated date.
For those accepted students, please contact the school office in order to comple te the enrollment procedure.
⑤編 入 オリエンテーションについて Pre-enrollment Orientation
実際に編入していただく前に、オリエンテーションを実施します。学校生活について詳しい説明を行い、細 かい質問にもお答えします。
After students have been accepted but before the actual enrollment date, students will be required to attend a school orientation, which will provide a detailed explanation of school life. Any questions the applicant has can be answered at this time.

For the English track exam, a TOEFL result may be submitted instead of having to take the written test. : A copy of the TOEFL result paper should be submitted

②入 学 手 続 きに必 要 な書 類 Required Documents for Admission Procedure
・あらかじめ定 められた入 学 手 続 き期 間 内 に事 務 室 にて入 学 手 続 を行 ってください。
・必 要 書 類 等 は受 験 票 と入 学 金 (初 等 学 校 、中 学 校 260,000 円 高 等 学 校 300,000 円 )です。
・手 続 き期 間 内 に手 続 きが完 了 しない場 合 は、入 学 辞 退 とみなします。なお、手 続 き完 了 後 入 学 を 辞 退 された場 合 は、入 学 金 、提 出 書 類 は返 却 しませんので予 めご了 承 下 さい。
・ Please complete the admission procedures at the school office within the predetermined pre-enrollment period.
・The necessary documents include the exam admission ticket, as well as the enrollment fee (Elementary School and Junior High School \260,000 / Senior High School \300,000).
・ If the application process is not completed within the designated timeframe, then the application will be declined. Please note that if the application is declined after the submission, then the enrollment fee as well as the submitted documents will not be returned.

Ⅳ学校納付金について Tuition and Other Payments
①入 学 金 について Enrollment Fee
・入 学 金 は、初 等 学 校 と中 学 校 が 260,000 円 高 等 学 校 が 300,000 円 です。
・入 学 手 続 時 にお支 払 いいただきます。
・一 旦 納 入 された入 学 金 は、返 却 致 しません。
・中 学 校 ３年 生 、高 等 学 校 ３年 生 への２学 期 以 降 の途 中 編 入 生 につい ては、入 学 金 ・ 施 設 費 の 金 額 が異 なりますので詳 細 につきましては、事 務 室 にお問 い合 わせください。

②学 費 ・諸 会 費 について Tuition and Included Fees
授 業 料 を含 む諸 費 は、入 学 後 、口 座 振 替 にてお支 払 いいただきます。 学 費 ・諸 会 費 等 は、一 括 納 入 が原 則 となっておりますが、願 い出 により毎 学 期 または、年 ９回 払 いの分 納 を認 めます。
年 度 途 中 の編 入 の場 合 は、月 割 り計 算 で徴 収 いたします。
但 し、施 設 費 及 び冷 暖 房 費 については、月 割 りは行 いません。
The following fees, including tuition, should be paid by direct debit after enrollment. Tuition and other fees can either be paid all at once or it can be made in nine installments over the course of the year.
If the student enrolls in th e middle of the school year, tuition will be collected in monthly installments. However, facility costs, heating and air costs, etc, are not included in the monthly installments.
