Summary  and  future  problems

•  DNA/RNA  as  a  solute  moves  along  a  temperature  gradient.  It   is  called  Soret  effect.  

•  Non  equilibrium  process,  the  Soret  effect,  leads  accumulaFon   and  separaFon  of  DNA/RNA.  

•  AccumulaFon  and  selecFon  of  RNA  enzymes  may  accelerate   the  birth  of  RNA  world.
