The number of heterotrophic microorganisms is thus an important criterion for assessing the state of the processes taking place in the soil. The purpose of this article was to conduct a holistic analysis of the quality of groundwater in the Nura River. The presence of nitrates in the water indicates the natural self-purification of the reservoir.

Specific differences in the impact on the change in the length of the air varieties of rice when comparing different forms of application of growth regulator "Epin-extra" in most varieties were observed. This indicates genetic differences in the responses to the use of the growth regulator in different genotypes. Thus, the extent of tolerance by the length of above-ground organs under cadmium stress in the absence of a growth regulator and in variants with various forms of application of the "Epin-extra".

Under cadmium stress, the use of the growth regulator “Epin-extra” in any form increased the accumulation of root biomass compared to the variant without a growth regulator (Cd 150 µM). Epin-extra” had on the length of the above-ground organs compared to other parameters. The same varieties were more resistant to cadmium in terms of the length of the aboveground organs in the absence of a growth regulator.

There were no particular differences in the effect on the change in the length of the above-ground organs of rice varieties when comparing different forms of use of a growth regulator "Epin-extra" in most varieties.

Barley is one of the most important cereal crops in the world and the second cereal in Kazakhstan. However, studies revealed a strong influence of the environment on barley weight [29] and protein content [30-31]. On the remains of Ichthyosaurs of the genus Nannopterigius from the Late Jurassic of the Western Kazakhstan region. This article discusses the discovery of the remains of an ichthyosaur of the genus Nannopterygius from the territory of the Western Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The described specimen has several diagnostic features of the structure of individual skeletal fragments (width of the interclavicular platform, length-width ratio of the coracoid, width of the distal end of the scapula).

The purpose of the research is to examine the variability of the structure of skeletal fragments based on new finds of ichthyosaurs from the genus Nannopterygius (Yasykovia). The presence of ichthyosaur remains similar to the holotype of Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) yasykovi was confirmed in the Jurassic sediments of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The age of the find belongs to the late Jurassic, substage of the upper Volga, Epivirgatites nikitini zone.

Основная затылочная кость Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) yasykovi (№ ЗКГУ-65/1-17) отличается меньшими размерами от Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) yasykovi (№ ЭП-II-7 (1235). Передняя часть Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) ) ) yasykovi (№ ЗКГУ-65/1-17) удлинен в форме тупого конуса и не расщепляется на две части с неглубокой бороздкой, как у Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) yasykovi (№ ЭП-II-7). ( Площадь затылка у Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) yasykovi (№ ЗКГУ-65/1-17) в два раза меньше, чем у голотипа: у Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) yasykovi (№ ЭП-II-7 ( 1235) 10 см2, у Nannopterygius (Yasykovia) ) Yasykovi (№ ЗКГУ-65/1-17) имеет площадь 5 см2 и окружена каймой по периметру.
