Ang Mabuting Balita ng Panginoon ayon kay San Mateo
Noong panahong iyon, may mga Pariseong lumapit kay Hesus at tinangkang siluin siya sa pamamagitan ng tanong na ito:
“Naaayon ba sa Kautusan na hiwalayan ng lalaki ang kanyang asawa sa kahit anong kadahilanan?” Sumagot si Hesus, “Hindi pa ba ninyo nababasa sa Kautusan na sa pasimula’y nilalang sila ng Maykapal, lalaki at babae? At sinabi, ‘Dahil dito, iiwan ng lalaki ang kanyang ama’t ina at magsasama sila ng kanyang asawa; at sila’y magiging isa.’ Kaya’y hindi na sila dalawa kundi isa.
Ang pinagsama ng Diyos ay huwag paghiwalayin ng tao.
Pagninilay:
“Ang pinagsama ng Diyos ay wag paghiwalayin,” ito ang naisin ni Hesus sa ating lahat, sa bawat pamilya, upang mapanatiling isa, matibay, at puno ng pagmamahalan. Bilang Lasalyano, nawa’y tayo ang magsimula ng pagmamahal sa ating pamilya, pamayanan, eskwelahan, at simbahan upang maging nagkakaisa sa iisang layunin at matupad natin ang kautusan ng ating Ama ng ayon sa kanyang kagustuhan. Ito ang hamon sa atin, ang pagkakaisa sa ating pang araw-araw na pamumuhay.
Panalangin:
Ama namin sa langit tulutan mo kaming makagawa ng pagmamahal ngayon maging maliit man ito o malaki upang tunay nga kaming makasunod sa kalooban mo. Amen.

1. Today, Grades 3 to 6 will participate in the celebration of Holy Spirit Mass at 9:00am. Homeroom Advisers are requested to supervise their respective classes.
2. By this time, it is expected that old students are already in their complete and proper school uniform. Concerns on uniform must be coordinated to the GMs.
3. Yesterday, we already started to train our Grades 1-6 pupils to go directly to their classrooms all by themselves. It was a good start! Today, it’s our little ones’ turn. We request the LPs who come early to help us in assisting them.
4. Parents/guardians, Lasallian partners who wish to wait for their children may stay at the waiting area near the side gate. They need not go to the classroom to pick up their children. Teachers will lead the students to the fetching areas especially those in the lower grades. Likewise, students are reminded to stay in their respective fetching areas after dismissal time.

(AMSLI) will conduct AMSLI’s Mathematics Enrichment Program (AMEP) Qualifying Examination on August 25, 2018, Saturday, 8:30 in the morning at De La Salle Lipa Integrated School.

2. On Grade Assemblies – Today our Grade 10 classes will have their Grade assembly while the Grade 9 assembly will be on Monday. The venue will be at the BHV gym. Movement in going to the gym will be after the morning routines during Homeroom. Bulletin reading will be done during the assembly.
3. On Recess, Lunch Break and Dismissal Time
• During recess, Grades 7 and 8 students are requested to proceed to the canteen without making too much noise so as not to disturb the Grade 9 classes. Likewise, the Grade 9 classes in the LS Building are
requested to do the same so as not to disturb the Grade 7 and 8 classes.
• Since the dismissal time of different classes in the different grade levels are not the same on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, all students who will be dismissed earlier than the others are requested not to disturb the other sections who are still having their classes. Please be considerate to them, do not make noise along the corridor, and do not loiter outside their classroom.

Commendation to all for a very solemn celebration of the Mass of the Holy Spirit. Truly the presence of God was felt in the Sentrum yesterday. May we continue living our faith and allow our “KAPWA” to see Jesus in us.
Since we have started a “Meal with God” in yesterday’s mass, everyone is encouraged to join the daily celebration of the Holy Mass every 7:30a.m. or 12:10p.m. at the Capilla and have a “Daily Meal with God”. Make a devotion to the Holy Eucharist. This will strengthen our relationship with God and with others. However, everyone is reminded of the proper reverence while attending the mass.

From the Junior High School Mathematics Department ON AMEP 2018
Please be informed that the De La Salle Lipa and DepEd Division of Lipa City, in partnership with the Asian MathSci League, Inc. (AMSLI), will conduct AMSLI’s Mathematics Enrichment Program (AMEP) Qualifying Examination on August 25, 2018, Saturday , 8:30 in the morning here in our school, De La Salle Lipa Integrated School.
AMEP is a 10-Saturday training program for Grades 2 to 12 students, designed to enrich, deepen and enhance topics discussed in the regular math classes in school by providing more applications, explorations as well as critical and creative thinking opportunities. The students who will successfully finish the program, depending upon their performance, will be invited to join more challenging mathematical activities specifically for international mathematics competitions.
Those who are interested to take the Qualifying Examination may enlist from August 15-23, 2018 by submitting the reply slip of the letter to be given to the students to their Math teacher together with the payment. AMSLI is charging a minimal fee of Php 40 to cover the expenses for testing materials, honorarium for proctors and other miscellaneous expenses that may incur during the test administration. 1. APOLAKI, SULONG-DUNONG 2018 – isang patimpalak sa talaisipan na lalahukan ng mga piling mag-aaral sa antas 11 at 12 na gaganapin sa ika-2 hanggang ika-3 ng hapon sa Agosto 23 para sa eliminasyon at Agosto 31 naman para sa pinal. Makipag-ugnayan sa mga guro ng Filipino hinggil sa gawaing ito.

Asthma Asthma attack
Asthma is a condition in which your airways narrow and swell and produce extra mucus. This can make breathing difficult and trigger coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath.
For some people, asthma is a minor nuisance. For others, it can be a major problem that interferes with daily activities and may lead to a life-threatening asthma attack.
Asthma can't be cured, but its symptoms can be controlled. Because asthma often changes over time, it's important that you work with your doctor to track your signs and symptoms and adjust treatment as needed.
Symptoms
Asthma symptoms vary from person to person. You may have infrequent asthma attacks, have symptoms only at certain times — such as when exercising — or have symptoms all the time.
Asthma signs and symptoms include:
• Shortness of breath
• Chest tightness or pain
• Trouble sleeping caused by shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing
• A whistling or wheezing sound when exhaling (wheezing is a common sign of asthma in children)
• Coughing or wheezing attacks that are worsened by a respiratory virus, such as a cold or flu
