Policy Coordination and Monitoring Division (PCMD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for the ISA II.
Information Systems Analyst II Contractual (P38,118.00/m) SG 16
Qualification:
● CSC Eligibility- Professional or PRC Registered;
● Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related course;
● Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant technical experience in Web development using PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, and MySQL;
● At least 16 hours relevant training;
● Knowledge with web frameworks especially with, but not limited to, Laravel Framework is a plus;
● Knowledge in securing system applications, design and deployment;
● Ability to resolve customer complaints/ concerns and communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel and be involved in other activities in the Council;
● Must be agile, team-player with professional IT ethics, good working attitude, commitment and dedication to job;
● Result-oriented, analytical and can work under pressure with minimum supervision;
● Possesses good interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
Job Description:
● Develops application systems related to core business processes and operations of the Council;
● Conducts systems analysis and recommends appropriate systems interventions and technologies;
● Tests and implements information systems developed and conducts training in its use;
● Prepares relevant documentations and provides technical support to computer system users;
● Interact with end-user and project teams and contractors in achieving the project objectives
● Manage and monitors outsourcing activities for the development of information systems
● Process the release of payments of the outsource service provider
