The Policy Coordination and Monitoring Division (PCMD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for:

Science Research Specialist II – Planning Contract of Service

SG 16 (Php 42,127.20/mo)

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Civil Service Eligible or PRC License (without this eligibility, application will not be processed)

 Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Economics or other related courses relevant to the job;

 Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience;

 Must have at least 16 hours relevant training;

 Must have effective organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

 Must know how to use in computer office applications (presentation preparation, spreadsheet, MS word);

 Possesses good interpersonal, communication and writing skills;

 Result-oriented, analytical and can work under pressure with minimum supervision;

 Must be a team player, good working attitude, commitment and dedication.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Prepares budget proposal in close coordination with the Finance and Technical divisions;

 Gathers data and relevant information for the preparation of reports, documents and other materials for submission to concerned agencies;

 Monitors updates inputted in the Project Management Information System (PMIS);

 Assists in the preparation and documentation of planning-related activities;

 Performs other duties of a regular or special nature as assigned.
