Unless otherwise specified in the BDS, the Bidder may subcontract portions of the Works to the extent that may be approved by BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY and declared in the BDS. In case any subcontractor is found by BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY to be unsuitable, subcontracting of such part of the works will not be allowed.

Possession of Site

Subcontracting

The first progress payment may be paid to the contractor by BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY, provided that at least twenty percent (20%) of the work has been completed as certified by the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY Representative. Items of the Works for which a price of "0" (zero) has been set shall not be paid for by BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY and shall be considered covered by the other rates and prices in the Contract.
