One (1) EBJO Clerk

for Admissions Office with the fdilowing QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor's degree (Bs Information Technology/BS Legal Management is an advantage)

• Training: None required

• Experience: Oneryear relevantwork experience

• EllgibMity: None required

• Skills: Knowledgeable in MS office; Clerical skills

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in editing available test instruments in the office;

• Encode the profile data of applicants to admission test (ATBursu);

• Utilize or manage the software in checking answer sheets of examinees;

• Entertain queries of all applicants politely either in person or phone calls;

• Assist in administering Admission Test to examinees;

• Assist in the validation and analyzation of test results using statistical software;

• Assist in interpreting test scores;

• Prepare necessary forms of applicants to ATBulsu;

• Participate actively in any accreditation or certificatfon activities in the university;

• Perform otherfunctione as may be assigned.

2. Resume with one (1) Recent passporti5lzed picture;

3. Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport,sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2018) which can be downloaded at www,escogp±£._Eta (if contracted by government ageney);

4. Performance rating in the last rating period (for private companies/ institution) / lpcR for government;

5. Photocopy Of the foHowing supporting documents: (Original copies shall be presented for validation) o Transcript of Records

o Diploma

o Certificate of Grades (number of units earned in Graduate studies (if appNcable) o Seminar / Certificates attended for the last five (5) years

o Certificate of Board of Ratings / Elisibilfty (if applicable) o Certificate/s of Employment signed by previous employer.
