The research objectives were 1) factors affecting the study of vocational education 2) surveys, guidelines for the promotion of vocational education of students in the inspection area 13 divided into three phases, phase 1 interview with a group of diploma students aged 15 to determine the factors affecting vocational education. The survey was developed as a phase 2 research tool to inquire into the factors that influence the study of vocational education. Examples of students in vocational number 330 and phase 3 interviews with 5 administrators and teachers from Ubon Ratchathani vocational college, Yasothon vocational college, Si Sa Ket technical college, Amnat Charoen technical college and Thai-Taiwan (BDI) technological college and interviewing 2 managers from the private sector for guidelines for the promotion of vocational training.
Factors influencing the selection of students in vocational education to the Inspection area 13 overall 8 at an average level (x ̅= 4.19) when each is considered as the highest average to low. Administrators and teachers, the government and the private sector have found guidelines to promote vocational training of students in the Inspection Area 13 there are important factors as follows: (1) interest and career should explore vocational interests of students and parents to use the information in Education, the guidance and supervision to help students effectively and all schools have student data in depth as individuals to promote, support and guidance, the students know the needs and interests of their own. After the graduation of class And the monitoring of vocational and student work and commercial film about the curriculum and teaching of vocational school students.
Parents should know their income at school and at work and encourage and support students to create independent careers, with themselves and in the market to have income to support the family. The institution should have a good image and then change the operational direction of vocational education: reform and establish the acceptance of vocational education standards, the focus of education management is to promote the connection between learning and the world, the world of profession and work.
