Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University

Subject Deadlines for approval of thesis proposal, thesis examination, submission of completed thesis, dissemination of thesis and independent-study work and submission of various examination results for students who plan to graduate in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2019 (COVID-19 situation) Although the graduate school previously announced deadlines for submission of examination results

and the completed thesis of Academic Year 2019, the COVID-19 situation affects the teaching and learning and doing research. Therefore, at the 14/2020 dean board meeting on April 8th 2020, extension of the deadline for submission of the completed thesis and schedule for graduation in Academic Year 2019 has been adjusted.

In order to make sure that the process of submitting thesis examination results including all evidences for graduation for graduated students in time, the faculty administrative board has approved in the 4/2020 faculty administrative board on April 22nd 2020 on the deadlines for the second semester, Academic Year 2019 as the following in 2 cases

Activities Case 1

Graduated in Academic Year 2019 and able to attend the commencement ceremony

in Academic Year 2019

Case 2

Graduated in Academic Year 2019 but attending the commencement ceremony

in Academic Year 2020 Submitting thesis proposal examination result Friday 10th July 2020* -
