第二節 建議
鑒於蝦紅素優異的抗氧化活性,對激烈運動或連續體能活動造成的過度疲累,
有顯著的氧化壓力防禦功效,可作為競技運動員及高競爭職場人員長期服用的健 康促進劑。
因此,未來的研究方向,建議分析蝦紅素對運動誘導的發炎、肌肉傷害指標 與心率、血管彈力等身心壓力指標,探討蝦紅素對於缺血再灌注等生理壓力因子 的調適性(adaptogen)功能。

受試者須知
先前研究指出攝取蝦紅素(雨生紅球藻萃取)有益健康,相關文獻表明可能 效果如預防年齡相關之腦、神經、眼睛、心血管及代謝疾病(詳如宣傳單),本 研究旨在探討增補蝦紅素對年輕族群的健康及氧化壓力與運動表現的影響。
本研究受試者採交叉實驗,每位受試者需增補蝦紅素及安慰劑各5週,中間停用 5週;每位受試者於首次運動測試後,隨機區分為增補劑或安慰劑組,食用實驗 品5週,第6至10週暫停攝食,第11週起互換實驗組別繼續食用實驗品,並於 第15週實施後測。
一、每位受試者需在增補前、增補滿5週、中間停用5週再次增補時及再次增補 滿5週接受檢測,檢測項目
1. 一般身體量測如血壓、脈搏、身高、體重等身體組成。
2. 一般血液生化之總膽固醇、高、低密度脂蛋白、三酸甘油酯、血糖、尿酸 及總抗氧化能力與超氧化物歧化酶、氧化壓力指標之丙二醛。
3. 執行運動至力竭測試,觀察運動前後三酸甘油酯、血糖、尿酸值變化。
二、受試者攝食之實驗品如下
1. 增補劑組:每日早餐及晚餐後增補蝦紅素(萃取自雨生紅球藻)膠囊,每次 增補劑量為1顆(8mg),每日總計2顆(16mg),連續增補8週。
2. 安慰劑組:增補方式同實驗組,增補食品級麥芽糊精膠囊。
三、聲明事項
1. 本試驗增補劑與安慰劑,均採用合格的膳食補充品,目前無過敏等不良反應,
實驗期間若發生過敏反應例如全身性蕁麻疹,請立即停止增補,並請通知研 究人員。
2. 運動測試時,若身體感到極度不舒服、嚴重呼吸困難、胸悶、胸痛,請立即 通知研究人員,將即時加強健康照護。
