Executive Council Resolution No. (27) of 2023 Extending the Mandate of the Steering Committee of the

Savings Fund for the Non-UAE National Employees Working in the Emirate of Dubai¹

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

Decree No. (1) of 2023 Concerning Governance of the Boards and Committees Affiliated to the Government of Dubai; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (29) of 2022 Forming the Steering Committee of the Savings Fund for the Non-UAE National Employees Working in the Emirate of Dubai (the “Steering Committee”), and

Based on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Steering Committee, Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Extending the Mandate of the Steering Committee Article (1)

The mandate of the Steering Committee of the Savings Fund for the Non-UAE National Employees Working in the Emirate of Dubai, established pursuant to the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (29) of 2022, is hereby extended for one (1) calendar year commencing on 1 April 2023 and ending on 31 March 2024.

Commencement and Publication Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on 1 April 2023, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
