ABSTRACT:
This study was earned out to assess factors affecdng the motivation of civil servants of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Binb Phuoc Province by surveying 311 civil servants. The qualitative method which was used in this study was adjusted by implementing group discussion techniques and survey of expert opinions, Meanwhile, the quantitative method of this study was implemented with Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis and multi regression analysis. The study identified three factors that directly affect the work motivation, arranged in descending order, namely nature of work, salary and welfare regime, and commitments related to public benefits. Based on results, the study proposed some poHcy implications for administrators to improve the work motivation of civil servants working for specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province.
