Summary
This paper aims to identify the risks to the development of PPP projects in infrastructure in Vietnam. The output indicates that private sector faces multiple risks such as Nature; Finance;
Macroeconomic indicators; Construction; and Operational risk. Meanwhile, public sector encounters Social risk. Project risk, and Polilical risk. The study also shows that Legal risk, Relationship risk should be shared by both public and private sectors. In addition, it provides important information on risk identification and creates a basis for risk allocation for social infrastructure projects in the form of PPP in Vietnam.
