Ket luan : ung thu bieu mo vdy (100%). siii vd loet phdi hap (44,1%).

Evaluation for local lesion of laryngeal carcinoma for operation are most importance Objective Dissection and evaluations of the lesion of laryngeal carcinoma at in and post operation Materials and methods: Case study, of 34 patiens of the laryngeal carcinoma . Results: average 52,9 ± 8,9. Squamous Celle Carcinoma (100%) Forms vegetable growth and ulcers 44,1 %. Extension of the all tree laryngeal sites (sub glostic, glostic and hypoglostic) 13/34 cases .Times from biopsy to operation in 2 weeks (55,9%). Conlusion : Forms mixt (vegetable growth and ulcers) 44,1% in the lesions of laryngeal cancer.

3.1. Phan bo lira tuoi v^ gioi mdc benh Do tu6i 40-60 tu6i chi^m toi 76,5%.

4.1. Ket qua mo benh hoc sau mo.
Trong nghien cuu cua chung toi, tat cd cdc benh nhan d§u c6 ket qua mo benh hpc la ung thu bieu mo vay. Chiing toi khong gap cdc ung thu loai te bao khac. Nguyen nhdn do ung thu bieu mo vdy Id hay gap nhdt trong UTTQ. Theo Raitiola, ung thu bi^u mo vay chilm khoang hon 90% [8].
Co nhiing nghien cuu co ti le gap tdi 95%- 96% [9]. Cac thi khdc hilm gap. Ung thu bilu mo vdy tai ch6 va ung thu bieu mo vdy Verrucous chi chiem ti nho.
4.2. Danh gia t6n thu-vng tai chS sau phau thuat

Sau phau thuat chiing toi thay co 8 b?nh nhan bi ton thuong tang thanh m6n don thuan, 7 benh nhdn ton tiiuong thanh mon- thuang thanh mon, 4 b§nh nhdn ton thuong thanh mon ha thanh mon, 13 benh nhan co ton thuong cd 3 tang thanh quan.
Theo Bailey, phdn lan UTTQ tdng llianh mon CO 20% lan len thuang thanh mon, 20% lan xuing ha thanh mon va khodng 25% lan ra mep truoc [66].
Theo ket qua nghien cuu, chiing toi co 2 benh nhan a giai doan Tia, 4 benh nhan a giai doan Tib, 10 benh nhan a phdn dp T2 vd 15 benh nhan a phdn dp T3 va 3 benh nhan co phdn dp T4a.
4.2.3. Th&i gian tir khi smh thih t&i khi duac den hdnh phau thugt
Co 55,9% benh nhan duoc phau thudt sau sinh thilt trong vong 2 tudn, co 38,2%
truang hop benh nhdn dupe dieu tri sau 2-4 tudn, va co 2 benh nhan dupe dieu tri sau khi > 4 tuan.
Nhu vdy, phdn Ion benh nhan dupe bat ddu diiu tri trong khoang thoi gian < 2 tudn. Trong 2 truong hpp benh nhdn dupe diiu tri sau khi co kit qud gidi phdu benh
