THE SIMULATION MODEL WHICH ANALYSIS THE EXPERIMENTAL TEACHING METHOD

This study is to analyze David Kolb's experiential teaching method integrated with Main University's effective teaching methods. This study was carried out by using the Monte Cario simulation model with the help of Oracle Crystall Ball data analyses software to predict teaching results of the experiential teaching method in accordance with Bloom's output standards. This study's result is expected to help teachers, education and training institutions, and policy makers have an additional tool to analyze and forecast the experiential teaciiing results, thereby correspondingly adjusting teaching methods to meet expectations of building education and training strategies.
