Bdn cong thiic thi nghiem bao gdm: Khong xii ly che pham sinh hpc (doi chiing);
CPSH 0,2% (3 lit/cay); CPSH 0,2% (5 lil/cay); CPSH 0.2% (7 lit/cay). Ket qua cho diay, ch4 pham smh hoc CO lac dung han che ly le cay bi vang la va chi sd hi benh tren cay ca phe. Dac biet sau 3 thang xii ly CPSH, cong thirc 3 (5 lit/cay) va cong thuc 4 (7 lit/cay) ty le cay bi vang la giam co y nghia so voi cong thirc 1 (khong xii ly). giiia cong thirc 3 va cong thiic 4 khong co su khac bi?l thdng ke. + Chitosan (1.000 - 3.000 Da, chiing nhdn phan tich kem theo) co ngudn gdc tir Cdng ty Sokcho Mulsan, 76 Nonggongdanji-gil, Sokcho-si, Gangwon- do 24899. Han Qudc.
- Nam bdnh Fusarium oxysponim: Duoc phdn lap tu cdc rd cay cd phe vdi bi benh hdn mdi trudng PDA theo phuong phap cua Burgess etai. (2008) [2].
2.2. Phirong phdp nghidn ciiu
Chiet xuat vd que bdng dung mdi methanol: Su dung theo phuong phap ciia Nguyen etai. (2012) [5].
Mau dupc say b nhiet dp 50"C trong vdng 3 ngdy, sau do cdt nhd 2 - 3 em, cho vao binh (the tieh phu thude vao sd lupng mdu) vd mdu dupc chiet xudt bdng methanol (80%) vdi ty Id vo que/methanol Id 1/5 theo the hch. Sau dd cho vdo may de ldc vdi tdc dp 150 vdng/phiit. Sau 3 - 5 ngdy, dich chidt xuat se dupe Ihu bang cdch Ipc sach, sau dd cho methanol 80% vdo tiep hdn hanh tuong tu sau 3 ngdy thu tidp dgt 2.

4. KET LUAN V A B E N H 4.1. Kdt ludn
Cdc cdng thirc xu ly che pham sinh hpc Bacte Cinsan eho thay cd hieu qud phdng hir nam benh Fusarium oxysporum. Trong dd, cdng thuc xu ly chd pham sinh hpc 0,2%, 7 ht/gdc ca phe cd hieu luc rat cao phdng trir ndm benh Fusarium oxysponim (84,4%) gay hai rd cdy ed phe.
4.2. D^ nghi
Sir dung che pham sinh hoc Bacte Cinsan, thdnh phan ehinh gdm chdt chidt xudt vd que vd bot chitosan ndng dd 0,2% (1 ht che pham hda trong 500
lit nude) vd tirdi 7 ht/gdc dd kiem sodt ndm. giam l\' le u sung vd thdi rd tren cay cd phe.
Tien hanh thir nghiem them heu lupng tren dien rpng de cd co sd ket ludn hieu qua hon.

EFFECTIVENESS OF BIOPREPARATION FROM CINNAMONAND CHTTOSAN RESISTANT TO Fusarium oxysporum DAMAGING COFFEE

TTiis study was earned out to evaluate the effectiveness of biopreparalion against Fusanum oxysporum m coffee. The experiment was conducted on an 8-year-old coffee, arranged m a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 4 formulas, 3 rephcaUons. 9 coffee Uees per plot, between the plot is separated by a row of coffee. One liter of biopreparalion is dissolved in 500 hters of water corresponding lo a concentraUon of 0.2%. Four experimental treatments include' no treatment biopreparalion (conUol): biopreparahon 0.2% (3 liters/tree); biopreparabon 0.2% (5 liters/tree): biopreparaOon 0.2% (7 liters/tree). The results showed Uial the biopreparabon have the effecl of hmiUng the yellow leaf disease rate and index of coffee trees.
Especially, treaUnent of biopreparabon after 3 months, formula 3 (5 liters/tree) and fomiula 4 (7 liters/tree), the rale of yellow leaf disease significanOy decreased compared to fonnula conb^ol (no treatment), There was no stabsbcal differences between fomiula 3 and formula 4. The disease index in treatments reduced significantly compared to the control. Treatment of biopreparabon have significanUy reduced yellow leaf disease and root rot in coffee compared to the control. These results suggest that using biopreparaUon wilJi the main ingredient of cinnamon bark extract and chitosan to effectively prevent Fusarium oxysporum harming coffee trees.
