Abstract

Hydrophobic film on copper metal was fabricated by electrochemical teclinology. Via electroplatinii at hiijlier current densities than limit line. Cu plaling formed from solution of CuSOj 0.08 M and H,SO, 0.06 M" reached a hierarchical structure contact angles of water droplets v\crc greater than 90" without any modification by low suiface energy materials The hydrophobic Cu-"I iO: combination clectroplatmg was formed in the same electroplating condition. At 3 g/1 'f iO. in electrolyte solution, the combination of TiOj in the plating was the best.

4. KET LUAN
