Abstract

The grinding wheel surface topography is a parameter that characterizes the geometry of the grinding wheel surface. It affects the amount of metal removal volume, suriaeemughness,grindingforee, vibration and wheel redress life cycle. Topography depends on the grain structure of wheel, wheels manufacturing technology and correction mode of wheel. The study of the parameters affecting the surface of the grinding wheel Topographies in order to make a decision technology is essential.The paper presents the effect of correction mode to the surface Topographies of the grinding wheel.

1.0ATVANDE

Qua trinh mai duac thiic hien bang cac laoi cat phan bd ngau nhien tren be mat lam viec cua da mai, tao thanh Topography cua da. Do tac dgng cua cac lac cat, rung dong va nhiet do phat sinh trong qua trinh cat, moi mot luoi cat tren be mat cua da mai dan dan bi mon, bj cun. Mat khac, cac phoi mai sau khi bi tach ra mot phan bam dinh len be mat da lam thay ddi dieu kien cat, giam kha nang cat got cua da.
