ABSTRACT:
Plian Thiet city of Binh Thuan province, with its own strengths in sea-based tourism, is trying to lake the lead in public administration reform in order to create a unique image of a tourism cil>. Based on a survey of 340 citizens who use public administralive services and by using a linear structure model, this sludy is to assess the satisfaclion of local residents on lhe quahly of public administrative services and how the image of adminisu-ative management syslem affects lhe credibility.
