Abstract
Sugarcane bagasse contains more than 40 % of cellulose; this material presents a potential feedstock for bioethanol production. In this study, the two-stage treatment of bagasse was used for preparation of cellulosic pulp. Firstly, sugarcane bagasse was treated by mixture of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid (99/1 v/v) in conditions of liquor- lobagasse ratio (10:1) I/kg, temperature (80-90 °C) and 60-90 mins of cooking. Secondary, preUeated bagasse was submerged in sodium hydroxide solution (0.75-1.0 % w/w), at temparature of 80-90 "C, for 30 mins. The yield of cellulosic pulp, which presents 80-85 % purity, was 51-53% of over dry bagasse. Enzymatic saccharification of pretreated bagasse by Novozymes commercial enzyme Cellic®CTec2 with dosage of 45 FPU/g of pretreatred bagasse achieved the reduce sugar yield an average 36.2-38.0 % of over dry bagasse. Fermentation of sugars has been succesflil.
Study on chemical recovery showed that at laboratory conditions more than 75 % of consumed acetic acid and hydrochloric acid can be recovered by vacuum distillation and can be reused for obtaining of cellulose.

2.VAT LIEU v A PHU'ONG P H A P
Ba mia khd gid dugc liy mau tgi Cdng ty cd phin dudng Lam Son, Thanh Hda, dugc nghiin bing may nghiin biia vdi sang Id 7,0 mm, sau do dugc sang chgn vdi sing 0,5 mm dl tach bd phin miin vun. Nguyen lieu thu dugc de deu am va sir dyng cho nghien ciiu.

3. KET QUA VA B A N LUAN
Die thii ciu tao cua ba mia la vat lieu xo sgi cd kich thude khdng Idn, khdng ddng deu, xdp, de mim, dl phan hiiy sinh hgc ngay trong dilu kien tu nhien khi ton trO. De cd the chi biin dgt hieu qua, can nghien so bd. 3.1. 3.4. Toi uu hoa cong doan trich ly kiem DB hda tan khoang 1/5 lugng lignin cd trong ba mia ban dau, tieu hao NaOH cho cdng doan 2 tuong duong gin 5 % so vdi nguyen lieu. Ve khi nang thu hdi va tai sir dung axit, da nghien ciiu thu hdi axit bang phuang phap chung cit ehan khdng, so bd d dilu kien phdng thi nghiem ed thi thu hdi dugc > 76,5 % axit da tieu hao, cd thi tai su dung va cho hi?u qua qua frinh dat tuong duong.
Ben cgnh dd, sau khi chung bdc thu hdi axlt, cdn thu dugc mdt lugng lignin tuong ddi, cd thi tin dyng.
4. KET LUAN
1. Xii ly ba mia bang axit axetic cd bd sung axlt clohydric d nhi?t dg thip, Ii phucmg phap phii hgp de thu nhgn xenlulozo, cho sin xuit etanol sinh hgc.
2. Chi dg cdng ngh? thich hgp dl thu bdt xa sgi hi?u suit 51-53 %, cd ham lugng xenlulozo 80-85 % bao gdm hai cdng dogn xir ly:
- Cdng doan I: bang axit axetic cd bd sung axit clohydric vdi ti le axlt tuong irng 99:1 theo thi tich;
ti djch 1:10; d nhiet dg 80-90 "C, frong 60-90 phiit;
