3. Kd't qua nghien citu 3.1. Thdng ke mdu nghien ctfu
Mdu dieu tra dffde tnen khai khdo sdt cde khdeh hang da vd dang sff dung dich vu ciia Cdng ty Dich vu Vien thdng Vinaphone tai Thdnh phd' Viang Tdu, tinb Bd Ria - Vung Tau trong tbdi gian 03 thang (ttf ngay 02/2019 de'n ngay 05/2019). Tong sd bang khao sdt dtfde phdt ra 260, thu ve 254 bang, loai ra 4 bang khdng dat yeu edu, cdn lai 250, dat ly Id 98,43% (Bang 1).
3.2. Kiem dinh dd tin cqy cua thang do Ke'l qua Bang 2 cho thd'y ede bie'n cd he sd' Cronbach's Alpha Idn hdn 0,6 vd cd he sd' ttfdng quan bie'n - tdng Idn hdn 0,33 (Nguyin Dinh Thg, 2012). Cde bie'n nay dtfdc sff dung trong phdn tich EFA tidp theo (Bang 2).
3.3. 4.2. Hdmy qudn tri 4.2.1. Su thudn lien
Cdng ty cung cd'p dich vu vien thdng Vinaphone nen lien ke'l, md rdng edc diem cham sdc khdeh hang, dau tff edng nghe cham sdc khdeh hang trffc tuye'n, xdy dtfng mang Iffdi cdng tdc vien hieu qud.

ABSTRACT:
This study is to assess factors affecting the customer satisfaction when using services of Vinaphone Telecommunication Services Company of Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province by surveying 250 customers. Cronbach's alpha. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and multiple regression analysis tools were used to carry out this study. This study reveals that there are six factors affecting the customer satisfaction, namely Convenience. Price Structure, Call Quality, Customer Service, Tangible Media and Value Added Services (arranged according to the impact level). Based on the study's results, authors proposes .some administrative implications to help managers of Vinaphone Telecommunication Services Company of Vung Tau City set out practical measures to meet and enhance the customer satisfaction.
