Ket qud nghien cuu cho thdy co 4 nhdn td dnh huang den su hdi long cua sinh vien ve chdt lupng dich vg ddo tgo. sdp xip tic cao den thdp: 1) Phuang di?n hpc thuat; 2) Phuang dien phi hpc thugt; 3) Chuang trinh ddo tgo; 4) Danh tieng. Kit qud phdn tich con thi hi^n khdc biit vi sir hdi long cua nhdm sinh viin ndm thu nhdt so v&i nhom sinh viin ndm thu ba ddi v&i chdt hrpng dich vu ddo tgo. Ddy chinh Id ca s& di dua ra mdt sd hdm y qudn tri nhdm ndng cao s\c hdi long cua sinh viin ddi vai chdt lupng dich vtt ddo tgo tgi khoa. g&p phdn tich cue trong vi?c ndng cao hiiu qud tuyin sinh cua nhd tru&ng trong tuang lai.

ABSTRACT: Through a survey of 240 students studying at the Tourism Department, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry, the research results show that there are 4 factors affecting students satisfaction about the quality of training services, from high to low arrangement; 1) Academic aspect; 2) Non-academic aspect; 3) Training program; 4) Reputation. The results also show differences in the satisfaction of the first-year student group compared to the third-year student group for the quality of training services. This is the basis for making some administrative implications to improve student satisfaction of the quality of training senices at the faculty, making a positive contribution to improving the effectiveness ofthe university's enrollment in future.

1. DAT \ A.N DE
Trong bdi cdnh canh yanh hien nay, cac trudng dai hpc, yong dd ed Trudng Dai hpc Cdng nghiep Thyc phdm Thanh phd Hd Chi Minh (HUFI). ludn quan tdm den chdt lupng dich vu dao tao nhdm nang cao sy hdi Idng cua sinh vien, hpc vien de thu hul dupe ngudi hpc, ndng cao nang lyc eanh tranh. Nghien ctiu nay ket hop phucmg phdp nghien ciru dinh linh vd dinh lupng de do ludng mire dp hai long cua sinh vien vc chdt lupmg dich vu ddo lao cua ngdnh du lich Trudng HUFI, yen eo sd dd dc xudt hdm y qudn tri nhdm ndng cao chdt lupmg dieh vu ddo lao cita khoa Du lich, Trudng HUFI.
2. NOI DUNG
2.1. Ca sd ly thuyet va mo hinh nghien cihi Sy hdi Idng Id mire dp ctia trang thdi cdm xuc ciia mpt ngudi, bdt ngudn tir vipe so sdnh ket qud thu dupe lu sdn phdm va nhihig ky vpng eua ngudi dd. Sy hdi Idng cua khdeh hdng la sy ddnh gia cua khaeh hdng ve mdt san phdm hay mdt dieh vu da dap img dupe nhu cdu va mong doi cua hp [2, y.267]. Sy hai Idng ciia khdeh hdng Id mpt trang thai dong dd nhihig gi khdeh hdng can, mudn vd mong dgi d san phdm va gdi djch vy dupe thda man hay vupl qud su thda mdn [3, y.l33].
