Summary

The study employs quantitative method with data collected fi-om 300 questionnaires for management staffs in Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company. The results point out 5 factors affecting the satisfaction of these management staffs, in descending order of influence, which are Training and promotion opportunities; Working conditions; Salaries, bonuses and allowances; Leader - superior and Nature of work.

Dieu kien cong viec (DK). Trong dd, nhan to' Cd hpi dao tao va thang tien cd anh hifdng manh nha't va nhan to'Mo'i quan he vdi lanh dao - cap tren cd anh hu'dng ye'u nha't.
