ABSTRACT:
Tliis study is to identify and measure the impact level of factors on the quality of information from financial statements of Tra Vinh province's public service units, thereby proposing some implications to improve the preparation of financial statements at Tra Vinh province's public service units. The study's results reveal that there are six factors affecting the quality of information from financial statements of Tra Vinh province's public service units, namely the quality of data, the legal envuronment, the internal control system, the effectiveness of accounting system, the professional accounting training and tiie commitment of managers.
